This product doesn’t do this, you have to be careful when putting it in, if your out too much hair in at once, it can get stuck. I have been using mine for years and it’s worked very well for me.
Whoever gets their hair stuck immediately unplug the iron get something pointy.... Poke the middle part of the iron or your hair is and get the hair and pull it up after that your hair will be released it won't be burnt matted or you won't have to cut it just as long as you unplug it as soon as it happens
I’ve been using my infinity curler for years now and I’ve had pieces get stuck but about 85% of the time it’s because I didn’t brush thru those pieces first. Also a tip, if it gets stuck again just resuck it up and release, it takes a few times but it always releases mine. And I have thick long natural crazy curly hair. Never pull on it, that just tears your hair up:(
I bought this and had everything facing the right way but my hair got stuck, it kept beeping and burnt my hair and matted it around the iron which resulted in me having to cut it off and I felt so sad bc at the start it was going so well like yours and I was in love with it but I sent it back and got a full refund in the end. As fun and innovative as this product seems, though my hair is just below my shoulders, it still gets stuck and I would not recommend. I went to the hairdressers a few days after and she said she didn’t recommend any type of suction curler!! Please read this whole comment before you consider purchasing. Couldn’t agree more with this video review!!
She hasn’t read the instructions. Its not suitable for hair longer that your bust (which hers is) and to also have the chamber part facing your head... just user error
Ah...I have loooong hair to my a little above waist, and it’s Japanese thick one. I think I wanna keep it long like Heian era princesses; side effects from my dark school years amongst old nuns 👁 who wouldn’t allow us to have pleasures of long free hair styles🤷🏻♀️. Thanks for the idea, I do not know if the instructions were there before purchasing but you saved me lots of money🎀!
I've used mine for years with success but Tuesday......the day of Aunt's funeral, not only did it suck in the section of hair.....it sucked in hair other side of barrel. I tried for ages to free my hair but had to cut it. Thankfully it was a back under section. I'm now looking for how to take it apart to get hair out!!
i just went through this. i didn't have to cut my hair thank goodness but it was scary none the less. i have short hair that's thick. it worked fine on my moms thin hair. but mine it wouldn't curl and it kept getting stuck. i was also using very thin sections so i think its a defect in the product which is sad lol
I’ve seen so many peoples hair get stuck. There’s clearly a manufacturing Issue for It to still keep happening 4 years on. I hope everyone gets compensated & they either change the design or discontinue It
I’ve used this product before and when it got stuck, I turned it off and slowly tugged my hair and it came out and wasn’t too damaged. You redragged your hair back into the curler, causing it to tangle in the chamber even more. Not shocked at the result
This happened to me this morning and I’ve had the Babyliss curler for years . Usually if it gets stuck it pulls out but not today I had to cut my hair 😬.
I bought this and my hair got caught twice. Both times I was using it correctly per instructions and it still trapped my hair. I cut the curler off and my hair was still trapped!!! The first time it slightly burned my hair, but I was able to pull my hair out - eventually. The second time I ran cold water over my hair and my husband dismantled it enough to remove my hair without cutting. I will never use it again. It is a bad, bad product in my opinion. Dangerous!
I looked this up because I too got my hair stuck I seriously think that it is an amazing product I mean the curls they last forever but the fact that your hair can possibly get stuck is FREAKING HORRID PROUDUCT DEFINITELY NEEDS A EMERGENCY !!!!! AAAHH As I was writing this comment my hair got stuck again, I didn't cut my hair I just simply unplugged it released the hair in the same direction as it got put in and slowly but surely I SUCCESSFULLY TOOK MY HAIR COMPLETELY OUT, trust me in panic mode scissors look helpful thanks 4 sharing
I got one for 10 dollars used it before and it got caught so I switched it off and ran water over the device. Saved my hair. Threw the curler in the bin. And I used it properly. Rubbish product...
Lol. As if you guys didnt notice how she was actually at fualt with that last screwed up curl. Im sire the instruction says ti make sure the hair is tangle. She twisted that last curl. That was def her own fualt.
@Candii Cubana It wouldn't have gotten that bad if she would have turned it off and gently got it out instead of HARSHLY PULLING at it MULTIPLE times like the comment above says.
