It’s crazy because this place was just a little pop up chicken stand in LA I remember going to one before they ever had a real restaurant. It was a table and they only took cash. Crazy to see how far they have come
I drove over an hour for a hospital appointment and I was able to find the Dave's hot chicken where I live there. Honestly has one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever tried.
@@Time_ToLock_In Dave's Hot Chicken and Cane's are so mid. They just give you basic fried chicken and toast (Dave's is spicy, woooah so unique 😑) and people flock to it like it's some new thing.
The first time I tried the reaper & it was amazing. Hot enough to make me cry, but had great taste. The second (and last) time I tried it it still had the heat, but the flavor felt chemically & I couldn’t finish it 😢😢
Tried it for the first time few months ago with my buddies during our lunch break, we all hated it lol. Not sure if it was just our location but the chicken tasted like pure cumin nothing else

I remember watching a canes review from this guy, he said the chicken was almost tasteless.. and that you neeeed the sauce for everything even the piece of bread.. Im Canadian so I had never had canes before, so I go to Las Vegas get canes and he’s completely right.. the sauce is the only thing going for canes 💀
