trying out impact frames in roblox vfx 

as a scripter, pin this: first, make a highlight instance, then parent it to the thing u want to see while in impact frame mode, then set the colorcorrection brightness to 1, then after 0.1 seconds, make it -1, now 0.2 seconds later, 0 brightness, now the highlight mustve been disabled before, then, enable the highlight, FillColor to 255,255,255 when its the black frame, and when its the white frame turn it into 0,0,0. then it should work.

You just dont want to spam the black and white, you should try doing a full white screen, then a full black screen, then a black screen with white impact frame, then a white screen and see how that turns out
