I did the same thing when I bought my ravin. I couldn't figure out why it wasn't shooting. And I said I didn't like how the arrow flopped around. I pushed till heard the snap. I love it now.
That's what happens buddy when you got the wrong target out there for that kind of bow you need a bag Target something that it would be easier for you to be able to get your arrows out of
Goodluck with yours, I had to return mine twice, the second time I had them exchange it for a Ravin 29x. My R500 was chewing up strings in under 30 shots. The Ravin 29x has been with me for two seasons now, taken bears and deer without any issues.
Man. I was laboring over which to get. R29x or 500. I went for the 500 despite mixed experiences. Hoping mine doesn’t experience the same string issues. Ive seen guys get them restringed with an archery shops custom strings and have better results. Now im thinking i shouldve gone for the 29x
@@northripsnonsense7511 how did you break you thumb trying to crank it? It's just a normal regular crank, no more difficult to use than other crossbows.
I have a ravin r29x and just shot it the other day lol 20 yards. I had the arrow puller and my forearm was dead after just 3 arrows. I have a hurricane cat 5 bag 620 fps.
The r10 has been a reliable bow for me but I’ve had major issues with their lighted knocks. Their customer service wasn’t the best. I was thinking about getting a tenpoint
