With that being said all they have to do is wash potatoes put it in the microwave for a bit. After that add oil then pop in the air fryer voila. Done within 30m
Don't microwave potatos. Baked is best but boiled is some what acceptable. I've planted, dug, stored and cooked potato since childhood. 62 now. I even worked for Guy's Foods in Omaha until they closed in 1980, making chips and Tasty Mix. As a treat the gals would occasionally cut a few dozen 1" slices and run them through the cooker until tender, add salt. Delish !
Comment as an asian living far away from UK: He seems like a pretty good person. The food probably taste so so, since it is basically just a potato with bean and cheese. But sometimes we want not only the taste but also the ambience.

Of course you can make it at home, but when you live in a place where there’s already not much going on sometimes waiting in line for a potato and socializing with the locals is a good time out lol, I’m from America and people wait in lines for the same type of stuff, it’s all about the experience and people you meet along the way, people just sit and socialize at pubs/bars so I’m gonna do the same in a potato line lol
He was at silverstone on GP weekend, and the queue was longer than the Equator. It's a freaking potato wtf... Then again, I was thankful as the other food stalls where instant service Loosers 😅
Them people queuing up like that for a jacket potato, are straight deluded. Thats prob the easiest meal to do at home. More time and money (universal credit) than sense
You can make everything you buy at restaurants at home. To your logic we might as well literally never go to a restaurant of any kind because I could make it at home. This type of judgmental attitude only seems to come from Americans, I’m willing to bet you your self buy lots of things you could easily make at home, you also have no issue eating meat filled with chlorine and meat fillers. You should judge your self before you judge others just about everything in your country they sell you as food is slowly killing you n you want to mock us for enjoying a jacket potato ?, I think you have a a lot of re evaluating to do
@@CasperC-oq6cdI think their point is more just how little effort a potato takes compared to most food. That being said, I entirely empathize with not wanting any of the hassle of cooking as someone who has to cook all my own food due to allergies.

Saw the food club do a review and said it was really good and £5 for a jacket cheese and beans in todays economy isn’t bad at all I think I use to pay like £3.50 when I was in school like 15 years ago 😂

As an Australian this would never take off here. I would eat one for sure. And I'm sure I'd enjoy it. But this is very British and only would get people waiting in line in Britain. Try that here ud go bankrupt before you got the food truck home
