Pete, I currently have 3 pair of Origin Jeans. 1- Factory, and 2- D68. I love them all. See my comment below about the one pair of D68. The tough yet awesome Factory jeans I have been mixing them with casual wear or even work. (Oil and Gas industry). I have been checking how well they stand up against the tank and piping world. So far amazing. Soon I plan to replace all my casual and work jeans with O-Jeans. The D-68 lightweight, fit, and very clean. Going out, going in, or going to church jeans. COVID jacked with your manufacturing time and shipping but it was worth the wait. After receiving both pair of D68 I immediately had to wear them. I put on both and noticed one had a twist. The right leg as you stated here. After a few dozen times of wearing them and washes. It was still there. Looking at them close it appeared they were stretched or pulled while sewing the outer seam. It’s all good. I took pictures back then but didn’t say anything. The twist has been known but I will not trade them back for a straight pair. They are part of ORIGINS history. I’m proud to wear them. Keep it up all ORIGIN employees. Boots next.

I grew up in the shadows of textiles and denim in NC. My dad worked for many mills and companies there. Glad to see Pete reaching into that past.

Growing up in Hickory/Lenoir area I know there is no shortage of empty factories around, people here still haven't recovered from loss if industry back in the late 2000s, Love what you guys are trying to do.

I love this stuff, I grew up in Oxford Maine and worked at Robinsons MFG a woolen mill that was started in the 1800 hundreds, unfortunately closed in 2003, the community lost a lot of good paying jobs. It's great to see you guys bringing manufacturing back to Maine.

why don't you guys by the legendary white oak cone mill in NC? They are the oldest denim factory in the US and recently closed due to bankruptcy. They used to make the best jeans on the planet for Levis and their looms etc are highly sought after by denim fanatics.

I have to say, I have made several posts about how much I love my delta 68 liget fit American built right here in Maine jeans. They absolutely hands down no bullshit are the most comfortable things that have ever touched my body from the waist down. I have 2 pairs of factory fits and 2 pairs of D68. The D68 are so much in love with my body and me with them that I will wash them late at night just so I can wear them again tomorrow. If I heard someone say something like I am saying right now it would be "ya ya ya so what big deal " I am preaching your shit to anyone who has on a pair of charhartts or what ever that they are totally missing the boat boat. Ya they are a few bucks more but just like everything else in life you get what you pay for and if you pay for a pair of these jeans and you don't like them I will give you your money back and Pete won't have a dog in that fight its all on me. That said I would like to head south some morning and get custom fit for a new pair of whiskey leather boots. Great stuff and proud to have it on my body. Can't say I have ever had the same feeling about a pair of carhartts and we won't even breathe the woke word lei sorry I can't allow myself to spell it on my device

You guys have not only an entire industry to rebuild on your own..you have a culture that has no fucking clue how to engineer anything worth a fuck because they always trying to fix shit that's broken instead of designing it correctly from the start. So Origin makes 3 different types of facial masks or coverings. Yet I almost never see you, or anyone of your employees wear them. It’s March 2021 and the virus is still very much here. Why don’t you wear them? Was this just some some sales gimmick? I wore your mask back in April 2020 because that was all I could get, and I trusted you. As an avid origin customer and advanced practice nurse I have to ask what the hell is wrong with you?
