What a physical and emotional roller coaster this has been for you Danny! I have shared so many emotions while watching this incredible journey. Danny, what you said at the end is some of the realist shit you've ever said. It's so true that when we're with others our pain becomes anger, and when we're by ourselves it becomes self doubt and inner reflection. Very similar in marriage too. I think we ride motorcycles for the same reason.

I can relate to taking frustrations out on those you love. Unfortunately, I think it's normal to do so and everyone does it to some extent. The trick is to realize that's what you're doing. I don't think one needs to do what you're doing to soul search. Anytime one is alone, if you're s thinker at all, soul searching takes place, especially if there are no distractions. All that said, it's been a nerve wracking trip with much to worry about but you conquered all of it. You do it because you can and want to live on that edge.

At last the rim situation is sinking in, spoked rims for next adventure perhaps, although he has had this issue in a previous trip. However, the fortitude required and that emotions are laid bare for viewers to contemplate is for me, admirable.
