Today's episode is taking us on an international adventure from the US to the beautiful Netherlands! Join us as we spend 24 hours exploring this amazing country with our good friends.
But here's the twist: the real fun begins when we head to Rotterdam to catch the Celebrity Apex! And let me tell you, getting to the ship turns out to be quite amusing - you won't want to miss this part!

At the cruise terminal you went on board of the ship thousends of people left Europe for the new world with the " Holland-America Line"in the last century's. Greetings from the Netherlands

You really captured the unique blue of the sky I've only ever seen in the Netherlands! Looking forward to your adventure overseas. That's next on my cruise list; leaving next week on the last voyage of the NCL of the Alaska season.

2022 was Apex out of Amsterdam. British Isles. Great. 12nights in a Sky suite loving Luminae and all of it. This year was Edge out of Barcelona. Again 12 nights in a Sky suite. Still fantastic. Next year, out of Amsterdam, is 13 nights on Silhouette, but in a Celebrity Suite. It will be fun to compare class of ship as well as slightly different suite. I look forward to you videos about this cruise!

You could have taken the tram or metro from the central station, you could have also walked the bridge, but it is quite steep. There is a tram every 10 minutes even on a sunday.

We learned our lesson there. Definitely will take the tram next time as it dropped off right next to the ship. But it was nice to walk through the town even if it was a bit difficult with bags.

The visuals are beautiful and makes curious and uplifting. Maybe it's an idea to show more while commenting in the background so that it even becomes more personal, then you'll get a mix of your experience ; both the architecture, landscapes and comment. Don't be too shy, you're good at depicting things. (Comment from a blunt Dutchman) 😉 🌹

My wife misses Luminae sooo much. She wants to eat there everyday. I would like to have breakfast there everyday followed by cocktails in the sun on the retreat deck 😀

Apparently the text in that canal in Rotterdam is supposed to read: “No Matter Try Again, Fail Again, Fail Better”… yeah, I don’t see it either.

Hey guys, another great video. As a fellow family travel channel, we’ve been subscribed to you for ages, and have watched your videos (and your journey as a channel) with interest. We’ve noticed that - just like us - your non-cruise content seems to get fewer views than your cruise-related vids… which is something we are struggling with as well! I’m assuming that, like us, you never want to be a 100% cruise channel, so… Are you doing anything specific to combat this, or just letting it ride? If you have any other tips, ie external places to share your page/content etc, we’d be grateful! Keep up the good work, and maybe we’ll see you around sometime on our travels!

Thanks for watching and being a subscriber. We definitely don’t want to be a cruise channel but definitely see where our content gets the most views. We haven’t figured out how to get the other audiences as well. If you can figure that out, let us know! 😀. We will just roll with mixing content as that is what we love and hope to pull in the audience just like the cruise videos started to pull in an audience.

Emma has no Poppy and no first class? So sad! ha. There must be a story behind the first class situation. Another great video. My bucket list has changed again. Maybe a week in Scotland visiting family followed by a cruise in Norway to get some much needed rest after drinking with the Scotts for a week!! Oh wait, plenty to drink on the cruise!

Jack was traveling for work as well so got the benefit of business travel. Norway is amazing and is a must do! And not sure a cruise after Scotland is a good detox recipe. But well worth it. Emma & Jack
