@@joebenavides7258 using the cheap blades i have been doing a 2 pass 170 cut. I have also noticed leaving the perf length lower helps a ton. I also have been using a 6mm strip and it is just easier to make sure it is in the right place. I definitely carved out a small channel on my strip but nothing seemed to mind on the cut. This is all for a 6mil GF vinyl. I think what I've learned with all of my use is that you can't make this thing go faster. I was trying to get my preparation cut up to like 6" and the paper just depresses and the cut doesn't get complete. Slow and steady wins this race.
