1/4 cucumber
250 g Greek yoghurt (10% fat)
1-2 cloves of garlic
20 ml olive oil
1 - 2 Tsp. lemon juice
Fresh dill
Roughly grate a quarter of an unpeeled cucumber on a cloth. Then twist the cloth and squeeze the cucumber well. Crush the garlic with a garlic press. I use a ginger grater. Chop the dill finely. Add the garlic, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice and dill to the yoghurt and mix. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to a creamy consistency. Serve with fresh bread.
