These specific Offerings and Visualisations are Part of Vajrayana (Esoteric / Tantric) Buddhism, they are not a usual Practice in other non-esoteric Buddhist Traditions. I think you can find them also in the japanese Shingon Schook of Buddhism, which is also a Vajrayana Tradition.
