@The Two Shot Podcast: You MUST bring back Jodie for a second interview. She is just the most wonderful person. Obviously, she's stunningly beautiful, but she's also such a great actor and an allround nice person. Funny, intelligent and warm-hearted. I need so much more of her goodness in my life.
Aww... I'm really falling for Jodie more and more. She's honest, humble, kind, and her talent blesses all of us. What kind of humans wouldn't love this adorable girl?!
so well put! she's such a talent for making you forget her actual self, then you listen to her being herself and you wanna make some tea and give her a lift home to see her mum! she is so lovable! sweet little girl.
Pure talent. She made me fall for Villanelle first . And she can make me forget Villanelle next when playing another character.. and create new emotions. Rare . We have to watch her grow . Unbelievable.
These podcast interviews are the best. Been on a Jodie Comer interview binge lately and this is one of the most honest, revealing, deep ones, she's done.
Its so nice when you admire an actor or famous person and then find out they are really genuine, honest, down to earth, wonderful people, with insight and very grounded, interesting and fun. Nice interview and thanks to you both !!
I just love her so much I can't get enough of her, I've watched, listened to all of her interviews all I can possibly find I'm obsessed can't wait to see what she does next
I'm late to learn about her. I just discovered killing eve a month ago, binge watched that show and now I'm obsessed with Jodie Comer. There's just something so amazing about this woman! She's very addictive!
I am fully listened the whole podcast interview. I like Jodie's attitude for her private life and the attitude for acting. She's such a humour and lovely girl. Expecting she will bring more great series and films ! xx
Beautiful to hear Jodie being herself. Best interview I've listened to by far. Seems a good host is a rare thing. While I love the Villanelle character, Jodie is definitely someone I'd love to know. And me without a passport.
Late to this interview but Jodie is fantastic as Villanelle. Super talented lady! She should know that as an American I understand her just fine as herself.
Words are few to speak of this actress, Jodie is impactful in her performance as Villanelle, and accompanying her other works I see that she puts soul and light in everything she does. Thanks for the podcast, I loved her relaxation, laughing. Her laughter gave me another 10 years of life
Brilliant interview... but, now in January 2021 (yes, I'm back listening to this interview again), it makes me miss you, Jodie, all the more. Makes me wish I had grown up just down the street from you. Would love to have grown up together. Yes, that's maybe a little personal, but after binge watching Killing Eve I can't help but see the humanity behind the character. I wouldn't have thought it possible to like anyone this much as a TV character, although it probably happens all the time. I feel that the nuance you bring to the part of VILLANELLE, to a large degree, is drawn from your real life experiences. I'm grateful for the opportunity to glimpse the wonderful person that is Jodie Comer, even as she is hiding in the spirited character we have come to love as Villanelle. We miss you greatly. Hoping for a rapid completion of Season 4 once it's safe to resume filming. In the meantime, please be well... Je t'aime beaucoup.
Awww babe, I'm from Argentina (never left the country so I'm not even surrounded with the language) and understood every word you said without any subtitles. Scouse is ASMR honestly. We should be the ones adjusting our ears to understand you or anyone else who speaks other than American and not otherwise. The mere idea of you leaving that accent murders my soul 😂 so please don't feel like you have to soften it to make it easier to understand. I love you, you are an endless source of inspiration. Keep succeeding 💛
Great podcast I'll have to check out more episodes. Props to the interviewer you've got the right touch. Pleasure to listen to. Jodie wants to work in Hollywood eh? Tell her be careful. I work in Hollywood, have for years now. It's a tricky place to say the least and kind of lonely if you are at all sane.
Binge watching here only for Jodie Comer. Shes like the paradox yet quiet similar to what superficial and ordinary human means. Wanna meet her in person, just a dream for how many miles away i am to her. Great wishes for her🙏
I wish you had explored the question of movies being better than TV a bit - It used to be the case, mostly because movies just had better preparation time and budgets and almost every other production advantage, but it seems like there has been a real shift (arguably dating back to the Wire) where people have started to appreciate how much more you can do with a character when you're not constrained by the up to 180 minute time frame. It feels like the best writers have migrated towards TV and a lot of good actors are following
Deffinately sounds like Craig Charles him like. That's who I thought it was. Pictures a bit of a giveaway like but I'm a bit slow that's why I had to edit this! 🤪 I'm not that slow though.
Fookin' ell, I didn't think I could like this chick any more than I already do. She's a breath of fresh air. I'm glad there are still some folk that realise the 'celebrity' life isn't where it's all at! 😍 loved it and you have a new subscriber! Really enjoyed the interviewing style, it's like hearing someone chat to a friend. 👌🏼
I've always find scouse accent really cool, but with jodie's silky voice its like asmr oh god! except I dont wanna sleep but instead pay attention to what she's saying
Great episode, it was nice to have an interview that was long enough to stay at a proper conversation pace. Not rushed. She was actually able to take her time with her answers vs feeling rushed to just answer like in many interviews I’ve seen or heard her have.
Hearing Jodie's voice puts a smile on my face. Thank you for existing! You're an extraordinary and talented actress. And I admire you the most because you are very humble person.
@@sandrabalbin8659 Twitter fans were unhappy with her choice of boyfriend. Threatening her family, even went to her family’s house. Scary people in the world
@@shelly2242 Are you F”&$ kidding me ???? 😐 O M G!!! That’s a shame, Rude, disappointing , and definitely embarrassing for all the real fans who truly support her (including me)
love her so much!!!! and to you people filming/taking photos of actors/actresses without permission, if they don't give you the yes, DON'T WHIP OUT YE PHONE YE BUFFOONS
I'm the 18th of March and have the same Piscean trait as you, which is the need to spend time alone and just be :) Your a fabulous actress who hopefully will have a long and fruitful CAREER!
i think it’s crazy how she said she watches other people’s interviews and they’re so articulate and eloquent - when i think she i the most put together actress out there especially in interviews. this podcast just proves that
What a really good podcast- just live the style. And of course Jodie really is a talent and so nice for people, particularly younger aspiring actors etc., to see you don’t have to sell your soul for publicity if you just want to act.
