Tsugami B0326-III IMTS 2022 Demo 

This widget fitting was made on the Tsugami B0326-III that was running in chucker mode at IMTS 2022.
The main gang slide rough turns the OD. Then it will do a deep hole drilling operation and finish turning the OD of the part. The machine will then use live cross tools to mill a 9/16 Hex on one of the OD’s and a square on another and drills a cross hole for a pipe thread to be done on the sub spindle.
The sub spindle will synchronize with the main spindle to locate on the milled hex to cutoff the part. After cutoff, the sub spindle will orientate the cross hole from the main spindle and thread mill a pipe thread in the Y axis, then Deburr the cutoff. Lastly, the company logo is engraved on the back side of the widget fitting.
