Multiple service calls, many days of lost production and still trouble. In the end we demanded a simple paddle style sensor be installed instead, not had a coolant alarm since
It's seems very unintuitive. Most of ATC lead brands have graphic poka-yoke solutions. Opening Fanuc settings for such common issue seems quite dangerous. Anyway thank You for Your effort. Keep going!
Pieces sometimes get hung up on the MT pick off and you would have to kick the machine in order for it to drop at Zaffiri Precision. B/Bw/bh even Bo and Mu’s series are much more reliable jus like the ones at Swissline Precision
