Escalopes with White Wine
for 3 people
Ingrediants
9 escalopes
30 ml white wine
butter seed oil
salt pepper parsley
flour
Cut 9 escalopes of about 40 grams each.
Pork, chicken, turkey or veal.
flour, heat a pan with 3 tablespoons of seed oil inside.
Brown the meat and remove it from the pan.
Throw away the remaining oil in the pan, put a knob of butter in the pan.
Add the scallops without oil, heat well and add a 30ml glass of white wine.
let the wine evaporate and add salt and pepper.
Once the wine has dried, add half a glass of water, one minute and remove from the stove.
Serve with a side of vegetables to taste.

My story
My name is Gabriele and I am a professional Chef.
I was born in 1968, I have 2 children and my wife helps me in my business.
I live near the Alps in Lombardy, Italy, and in 2019 I decided to open a RU-vid channel dedicated to home cooking.
I have always worked in restaurants both as a cook and as a Chef, in the past I have also had experiences in pizzerias and wood-burning ovens, experiences in teaching cooking, I have also worked for catering and airports.
