The Pango ulti go on cooldown when you got pushed during the cast animation: Force Staff, Psychic Headband, anything with displace ability. The bug (feature) exists since the introduction of the hero and never fixed.

@@farid897 thats just another reason of it. He said in later stream that he didnt mind playing unrank since the matches are somewhat similar, still meeting high rank players. Also he is having more fun to throw some weird shits without affecting anybody.
