They have ethnic groups based off of history, shared culture; not just skin color. Tucker's guest states that he interviewed the mayor of Tijuana recently and got a different response Than what Tucker reported on his show. Tucker's response is to claim that his guest bullied it out of Tijuana's mayor. Tucker has no evidence of this bullying. i am from Tijuana we love San Diego we root for Padres chargers and california teams like lakers ....in the 90s we have only like 15 tv channels only 2 in spanish and 13 from San Diego as well the radio stations the majority are in english
