My new Tudor Pelagos LHD unboxing and trying it on nato and Marine Nationale straps

You made the right choice selling the black model. This looks like a real classic especially with the off white lume. I recently bought a Sinn U1 but I really want this watch now.

Jatthew Mackson yes the Sinn company make some amazing watches. Check out the black U1000! I ordered my U1 last year but had to leave for China so still haven't used it. I'll pick it up this July. Can't wait.

how do you compare the lume on pelagos vs the panerai lume? which one is stronger?

Panda I have had no experience with Panerai but would Hazard a guess that the Pelagos is far superior.

first off, thanks for replying. also for nice video bud. i am debating whether to get this one or save up for rolex sea dweller. or just go for iconic speedy. how do you like this so far?

Panda cheers! Well I have had a Submariner and SmP300 in the past and also worn the DSSD (see my other videos). For the money the Pelagos LHD is just amazing and considering it is almost half through sub, I really don't see how the difference can be justified. This is my favourite watch ever and I am so over Rolex.

Hi, is this an older model? the newer ones have a different lug. Look gorgeous. I prefer these where you can have NATO straps.

I sold it long ago. Love the left handed crowns as they don't dig in to my scar from 10 years of 10 surgical procedures.

@@hesko125 honestly? Because I wanted the watch I used to own and never got over. I lidded myself that the quality of Tudor is the same but it just isn't. Don't get me wrong, the Pelagos is one of the best dive watches on the planet and for the money it is phenomenol BUT a submariner it isn't. One day I'll own another Pelagos when I can afford both.

@@goldtoothjacko just got a seamaster pro this month I love it. But I too love the sub to bad everyone else does too lol. I dont have 8k for watches. But 3500 for the pelagos and I paid 3700 for my seamaster that is a solid 2 watch rotation.
