Hey Joe, I finally watched Stranger by the lake and what a suspenseful movie. A simple but very relatable plot which could be very realistic in modern times. The ending was terrifying. It was very Alfred Hitchcock. Thank you for the excellent suggestion. I want Mark's opinion on it.

I've been anticipating Joe's review of the DTES and the Rickshaw Theatre for a while now! I haven't spent much time in NY or LA but I've lived in Van for a few years now and Hastings doesn't seem that big. For someone like Joe to say that it's worse than Skid Row in LA and the East Side of NYC is pretty wild. Hilarious as always, but he's right that the solution is unfortunately above most of our pay-grades.

When you're 'acclimating' to living with a new wife it's important to have your own space and alone time in your own domicile. Like your own office. So you can isolate and work on things for yourself especially writing. Don't leave the home, find a place in the home that is yours.
