Hi, it's not very stretchy.. especially width wise stretch is limited.

Thank you so much for asking this :) i missed out sharing the bind off! Okay, so here it is - Insert for TSS and slip stitch, next insert of TFS in next spaces (as was done to make the pattern) then slip the last loop pulled up by TFS through the 2 loops on the hook. Repeat till the end and close the edge stitch with slip stitch inserting behind the 2 bars as usual.

Hey, Please try this.....To decrease - skip the TSS and directly make the TFS. To increase - do a YO before TSS. Hope this help or guides towards experimenting with the stitch :)
