No offense, but if he feels that way then he needs to stop going and let people have fun and do what they love. I've seen Honda's with 4 cylinder 1.5L beat V8's at the track I go to and it's all respect from any driver no shit talking each other's rides, cause they all went to race and do what they love.

I knew what I could beat or not beat and I'd watch what was racing to see if I had a chance. If I did I would see if the owner would like to line up

Picking battles is nice and all too, but seeing where i stand next to the big racers is neat as well. Modify some more get closer next time, just have fun. Why get butt hurt about it, we all just wann race at the end of the day.
@@scumbagoku just look at the GTR it barely pulled form a fucking civic and now pretty much all modern cars have some form of variable valve timing. its even in a fucking Porsche GT3. Honda street racers popularized it, they have probably done more for cars and the environment than Tesla
Due to computer error the electronic brake on my 2016 Civic engaged while I was driving the car. The Honda service department technicians said they didn't do anything that addressed/corrected the problem. Honda customer service said the brake problem was fixed and refused to compensate me for my losses from trading the Civic for a 2017 Accord without the electronic parking brake. The only way to get rid of the problem was get rid of the Civic. I wonder if the same engineers designed the 737s.

Let me tell you a true story. I owned a terminator aka 03 04 svt cobra and I was beating everything up and down the block, beating srt10 acr vipers. Gallardo, r8s, c6 z06s, gt500s and one ford GT so a 4door civic pulled up next to me and I laughed and we raced and he beat me 10 out of 10 times. It was a 04 k24 4door civic so after that I rode around in a couple of my buddies hondas, got into a streetbike accident got $100k from it and instead of buying a Audi r8, Aston Martin vantage, C7 z06 or even a GTR I built the most badass civic on the planet. I got slapped with honda humble pie and I'm glad I did

Essentialy 4 cylinders will push the power out quicker than a v6 or a v8 as such plus the vTec it's all about what goes into the car and also if it have correction tune. not all 4 cylinders are quick but these ones are.
Yep, but the chassis is not just light, its also kinda unstable, at least mine is, i own a Honda Crx ED9 (Dohc D16 non-vtec engine, 124hp i think it´s a car that sadly was just made for europe) so when i drive onto a lift and lift it up you can´t see the flexing, but after opening the driver-door you won´t be able to close it again caused by the flexing, well, i didn´t try it for my other 2 crxs, but i think its the same for them, but it of course can also be just for the one because it was owned by someone i would guess who was a ricer, because nothing on the car was stock (didn´t look to bad), just the engine was (and of course the exhaust except for the fart can), but i already fixed it by building it and putting a turbo on it, so no worries :)

people understand so little about engineering and how it works. You can take a 1 liter engine and make it 500HP. Anything past stock is no longer considered that original vehicle. It is basically a different custom vehicle. If you fail to see why people pick v10's v8's N/A and v6 N/A over anything forced induction you are clearly not understanding the point. Miss the mark by 1000 degrees. In this aspect where its all about ownage.. why not strap 2 jet rockets to your car to make it launch the 1/4 mile in 2 seconds? its getting ridiculous really. You need to understand cars, their classes and what they mean/stand for.
Theres a reason they're known as godzilla, theres not a lot out there tht can match the gtr, closest is the supra mk4...the mk5 gets smoked everytime, the ej9 has a lot of potential but the rb26 n the 2jz are another level
What about a D16zc dohc non-vtec? I turboed mine (in Germany the engine is called D16z5) is that a nono? And why aren´t they liking it, why is it crazy? Because i mean.. you can get the low emissions ; low consumption and low noise at low rpm when driving on the streets, and a massive power-output just like any other built car, so its track-able and street-able, theres nothing better than having a vtec turbo :)

Just to point out the r32 had a shite driver cuz his shifting was off and the tuning ent the best, a properly tuned r32 with a half decent driver would smoke any civic
