Disaster stikes my diy how to make a widebody honda eg civic as I'm installing the new engine. Litterally should have bought a libertywalk and just been dones with it..... just kidding! this diy, and how to series is a ton of fun on the Eg civic. So check out the civic transformation building going on the eg civic widebody! Ill show you how installing widebody really is not that bad. But first, we need a d series, like a d16y4, d16y7, d16y5, d16y1, d16y8, turbo kit, when that vtec d16 hits all the boost its pure civic turbo power! @Donut and @RoadsUntraveled lets get this!

We can talk about it...but I have zero knowledge about the D series engine. I have more knowledge of the LS series engines. 😁 Another awesome video. I really liked the idea of putting the car up and over the engine. Super impressed you got the engine in there. I can't remember what you said, but did you check the fuel pressure? What did you come up with by using the tool from the neighbor? Did you find the problem?

If you got a strong roof, put a strong hook or ring into the roof and use a chain with a come along, you can ratchet the engine up and swing it over and drop it in

You know what I enjoyed about this, you own a shop full of tools and lifts, but yet you are choosing to do this old school in your garage at home.

He had some major health problems and closed his shop. I’m not even sure he’s working still or can yet! I feel for the guy, all he talked about when we grew up was wanting to own an auto shop.

@@kevinmay5212I don’t think he posted anything about it. I could be wrong. I think he just quietly closed up and moved on. I saw him at the Coop a few months ago and he was pretty worried about his health, but I’m not sure how he’s going mentally or physically. Hopefully he’s doing good, I hate going weeks without his content like this!
