In this episode we make room for the air conditioning components and get all of the major cooling system components installed. It took some fabrication but that is the fun part!

Should have just put a stretch ac belt on it and thrown the tensioner away

Thanks! I'm sure I'll be wishing I had awd pretty quickly after the first drive. Hopefully drag radials will keep the wheel spin down. That and maybe an extra 200 lb in the bed

Thanks! Just .063 sheet aluminum riveted onto the modified blower box with aluminum tape to seal all of the seams

Both from amazon; grill is part number 7422447183154 and headlights are auto dynasty black/amber

CXRacing. They are decent enough quality and made to fit the s10 engine compartment. Steering shaft didn't fit but they left plenty of room for hot side exhaust
