Ingredients List:
500 g beef
six eggplants
three tomatoes
two red peppers
Four green peppers
three green onions
two onions
5-6 cloves of garlic
1 spoon of pepper and tomato paste
A pinch of parsley
Butter
Salt
Black pepper
Preparation: We score the eggplants in 3-4 places with the help of a knife, then we place them on a baking tray and leave them to roast in the oven at 240°. We roast for 30 minutes. When it comes out of the oven, we put stretch film on it. When the eggplants cool down, we peel them well. We also chop the tomato, green pepper, red pepper, spring onion, garlic and white onion. We pour oil into the pot. We put the finely chopped meat into the pot and start cooking it over high heat. We add onion and garlic. After the meat boils down, we add the peppers we chopped. We add tomato paste. We add tomatoes and spring onions and season them. We pour hot water on it. We leave it to cook. We chop the eggplants on the baking tray. We sprinkle salt on it. We pour some olive oil. We spread our meat well on the eggplant with a spoon. We bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. We melt the butter. After our food comes out of the oven, we pour the butter on it. Lastly, we add the parsley and make it ready to serve. Enjoy your meal.
