I'm only half way through this video and I love everything about it. There's so many good tips. You just made me realize I need to do a "how to make tofu meaty" video, because anytime I post a video where I marinate tofu in a "meaty marinade" half the comments are "what's the meaty marinade" (even though I have a recipe for it, people just want the info in video form) so yeah, I've had this idea on my list for a while, but for some reason it never occured to me to just friggin film it, and this has convinced me!
