You take him for face value. He messed up with all those face tats trying to follow these fake rappers who have millions already. This dude ain't a millionaire and will never make millions with his face set up like a demon.
@@thealphaandomega9348 Some people are so heavenly bound, they are earthly no good. No disrespect, but we have to be careful how we judge people. We can't look at a person and determine their future. Only God can change a person. I'm proud of this young man and I know what he is capable of with God's help.
@@allisonrena I never judge him! The girls even had the judge confused. He was the one that was able to explain what happen. So maybe you shouldn't judge anyone 🤫
I love that he’s turned his life around! Sadly the tattoos will always cause ppl to pre judge him but I hope they have a beautiful marriage and all the best in life to come.
@@DelvinHallworld Obviously he turned his life around. Lawd. Guess Judge Mathis wife was same. Educated and dated a thug that turned his life around lol
Them tattoos is sign of poor decision making and inability to think about consequences of your actions. Yes he is probably a changed man but you can't fault someone for not wanting to take a risk on a person like that. It's like trusting a crackhead not to still your belongings when your gone
Funny how everyone is talking about this young man and his tattoos. But yet you get robbed everyday by people in business attire with there high loan interest payments, seek help from the priest that makes horrendous acts, pray with the pastor that sleeps around in the church, or let someone in your home without any identification, and the list goes on. Grow up people...judge people by character not by color, skin tone, hair or tattoos.
Yes, Kendra... we need more people like Judge Mathis.... 2nd chances are vital! none of us have the right to judge another. Everyone has a story that’s why I don’t look down at any of our people. We all come from some level of generational dysfunction
Only because of his past so he is biased in his belief that every kid has good in them and can turn their life around. Unfortunately, thats just not true. Many will always be a cancer until their death. Streets for life.
@@AgingbtrthanspoiledMilk24- you must be a single mom. If not why you mad? There is no honor in taking care of another mans seed. Bw love taking up for pookie and ray ray. That’s sad. No wonder the best of us leave this so called community it’s so ass backwards. Guess men can’t have standards.
@@SeekDestroy-sk1mo No I'm not a single Mom. But I know single Moms. I took offense because I have two father's My daddy whose been in my life since conception and my stepfather who's also raised me since I was 3. You take care.
I think he calls "bullshit" on his fiance and her friend's comments about their friendship being over , so he invited her to the wedding. Probably knowing that his fiance misses her bestfriend. 🤔🤷♂️
Wow this young man thoroughly impressed me. You really can’t judge a book by its cover. I was able to see HIM through all the tats when he began speaking and could easily see how someone would hire him. Keep up the good work young man. The face tats could easily be a defense mechanism
@@Michelle-pn9xt And a part of the gang lifestyle is to be intimidating. If your not intimidating your probably going to die on the streets. Gang Tattoos are most definitely a form of defense, as they show the people around you that your affiliated with dangerous people.
At first I looked at tattoos and kind “what?” But once he started talking, all of his tattoos suddenly disappeared. He is a well spoken guy and his voice is so soft and nice that I could listen to forever.
Man changed his whole life and then became a welder (much respect I am a welder myself). You surprised a ton of people just by being a better person and showing it. God bless you man
I dont even know this guy and I'm proud of him. I lived my Teenage years in Watts California, and went to Highschool right next to the Projects, so I know it's hard to come up out of there alive for so many young Men. I pray he lives a long life and continue to be blessed in Jesus Name, Amen.
No matter how articulate Judge Mathis gets, you can tell that Gangsta in there still. But in a good way. That’s why them block boys will listen to him.
Exactly Vel! Did you notice the young man is a Mason as well? seems like you know some truth... but have you stepped into this level of truth? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ehgPNZhVw_k.html
He’s very well spoken and has the cutest dimples. He seems very sweet and dedicated to changing his life around. She shouldn’t throw his past in his face.
I stand and applaud this man! I'm proud of him. I really wish more of us would do this.

That gentleman articulated himself so well because I was confused by what those girls were saying, and it's so great to see he's turned himself around👏🏿👊🏿
What did he say that you never heard before? He didn’t say what he is doing since he’s part of the government now. How many politicians he put in jail? None because he still only put BM away.
@@johnnyhughes5534-Tariq paid white peoples to put hidden colors together meaning their still getting paid after you buy it. Win win for them. And he stay in an all white neighborhood telling y’all how to hate white peoples lol can’t make this shit up lol

Yes he should speak and tell his story. He's intriguing and likeable. There's something mindful and vulnerable about him that i think would catch peoples attention and admiration. He should speak❤😊
@@James_follows_Christ You're right.. But I will still speak it into existence.. Also some people are possessed by demon's but the majority are demon influenced.. Some have been sifted by satan but not because of any sin of their own.. But because they walk uprightly as in the case of Brother Job.. Care to sharpen my iron? I'm game if you are..
Did you hear the judge just admit " they dumped drugs and guns in the neighborhood and the education system failed urban communities?" And people say systematic oppression and racism doesn't exist.
I never understood why people want to mess up their faces with tattoos. I see this is a bright and nice young brother and has a good heart, but unfortunately people looks at you before they see your heart.
He said he was in a gang, inlike these silly rappers, REAL gang members have to EARN the right to tattoo their face, so it's a badge of honor for them. That might of been why he did it at the tome but might regret them now.
The way he speaks would have never know he was a exgang member. And little do people know gang membes most have potential.just following their enviroment
@@876me7 she was highlighting his conversation with Judge Mathis. There are many people with full body/face tattoos and never been affiliated with a gang.
@BEAUTYFUL I get EXACTLY what you are saying. If this young man called you on the telephone without seeing him, you would have never imagined the way he looks. That’s why you NEVER judge a book by its cover or turn your nose up to people who don’t look like you. This young man has a lot to offer back to society. He should go to schools and speak to at risk youth…that would be so wonderful.
Oh my Lord, I love and respect the Judge's insight on the reality of how society is shaped. And I love his contributions to social dilemmas even so much more love. This is a morally upright man, whose made his mother, wife and children- incredibly proud.
I definitely understand where you're coming from, but I think that he wants to keep the tattoos as a reminder of where he came from. He also may want to keep the tattoos as a sign to remember those friends he lost on the way up.
This was my favorite episode!!!!!! Just hearing Judge Mathis giving advices and educating us the viewers on drug issues was powerful to me. This was very motivational!!!
She HAS SOME REAL SELF ESTEEM PROBLEMS. Her life with him is going g to be horrible. Why in the world, would she not take a long hard look at the mistake she is making He made his. Now he’s going to drag her down

@@ls400s So you think people who made mistakes don't deserve the time of day from other people? I got arrested for a petty mistake when i was 20, and to this day, that arrest cancels out my degree in Cybersecurity because noone wants to take the chance that i won't be able to get a security clearance. @@ls400s i'm not saying he won't fall back into the same lifestyle in the future, and yes at that point she should leave, but i believe that people who made mistakes in the past, shouldn't be constantly reminded of it by missing out on things they need.
He went from figuring out who’s guilty to knowing who’s in the wrong within the first 15 seconds then went to talking about real life which I’ve never had a judge do for me. Respect to this judge
THE best Judge Mathis show I've ever seen. Congrats to you young man for turning your life around and thank you Judge Mathis for your service to the community and Country.❤
People can change but never forget the lesson learned beforehand. He's without a doubt more insightful than any of them because if the lifestyle he lived. Good for him! That takes sheer determination!
I don't even see the tattoos. As a person with 1/2 inch stretched ears and a social worker I get it how people stereotype. He's a good guy who's transformed his life. People need to stop judging based on appearance. Some of the most evil vial people I've met in my life have no tattoos or piercings that look "clean cut" that were devils in disguise.
Gang life is absolutely devastating. Glad he was able to turn his life around. Unfortunately he shouldn’t be judged by his tattoos but he will be stereotyped for the rest of his life.
Much respect to the young brother I hope and pray for your success unfortunately we have a lot of young men here in St Louis it don't get the chance to turn their lives around
