Some little kid parked her bike and squeezed through the fence to some wonderful adventure. Your creative imagination is so refreshing and an inspiration.🌼
Dude.... I will be happy when u get comfortable with the fact that those who watch your channel WANT to hear u ramble and see your trial and error process. We can get how to anywhere..... I and others enjoy hearing u imagine the life an object had..... I lived in Pittsburgh many years and u remind me of Fred Rogers.
@@moxiegardens8033 Ur so welcome... I only immerse in one other gardening channel solely for other than gardening 'cause it's more food for the soul..... Jess at Roots and Refuge .... man when she digs in n waxes poetic about imperfect flowers n ripe strawberries n baby goats n life lessons ..... I recall my Dad's childlike awe of nature and I'm instantly filled with sentimental joy! I thank u both so much for sharing.... and I commend u for clearly stepping out of your comfort zone(thx to those who shoved u) to help others find garden fulfillment! TSMFS!💚
Love these rusty items dropped into your beds. Reminds me of a garden I toured in New Orleans many years ago where the hood of an old Mercedes was submerged into the garden bed. The hood ornament peeking up from the bed was whimsical in a completely unexpected way. I love your style sense and how you’ve described the placement of your new old items as if they’d been parked or placed and simply forgotten. Absolutely charming! 😍
Your abilities are beyond compare. Viewing your garden is like being emerced into a work of art. Not to mention gardening in such a clay soil situation. Been there, done that 😢 its so wonderful to see your family supports your endevers and love for all your wonderful plants and the process. What an inspiration!
Keep rambling! Your stories set you apart from the rest! Don't apologize for your creativity, for your hard work, for your success. I've gleaned so many wonderful ideas from your videos. Unlike your small lot, I have 1.5 acres to fill! I need ideas! Could use a little help too if you're ever in Georgia! Ha!!!! Gardening is my sanity as an empty nest Nana and widow! Keeps me occupied and busy! Love your garden. Love your style! Love your raw passion. Embrace it all! Love and live it to its fullest! God bless.
When you first placed the wheelbarrow in the garden and we could see more of it but upside down it looked perfect then I thought. I love ur channel so glad I found you. Johns wife
Love picking off the beaten roads, and what a great haul the crusty rusty is always my thing in my gardens and home.I love how you placed the items looks like it was just left from a kiddo who grew out of it!
I love where you placed the bike and the imagined story of why it's still there. I appreciate seeing touches of whimsy in the garden, and I also add them to my garden. Since I'm a fairly new sub, I'm viewing some of your older videos now, and they are just as fun to watch as the first one I watched when I subscribed! ~Margie
Over here from The Enthusiastic gardener in England, loving the way you think, I love whimsical with a story, right up my street, my garden which is woodland whimsical, but for me less is more, you have to know when to stop, lovely video and garden thank you👍👌
I love rusty gold! I have three bikes in my gardens, that I've added wire baskets to and planted with flowers, as well as a couple of wheelbarrows. I love how you've staged yours as well.
Old baskets are really nice in a garden too... seems to tell me a story of someone once gathering veggies or flowers. You can over do them also just like everything else.
I'd run right to it also! Yes on the wheelbarrow, the lantern and that truck door! I tipped my wheelbarrow as if it was dumping something out and planted some crazy sedum in it... I get a lot of compliments on it! I'd love to find an old bike like that! I do like how you put yours in behind the plants upside down though... my garden is still young so I may do that in the future. Nice job! Oh and yes on the Chiefs!!!!!!!
That is what I did with the old wagon I found. It's an old worn red painted pull behind lawn mower type. This video taught me to tuck it into the bushes more.
Great finds! Love the story behind how you found them,My dad and granddad always went off beaten path found some great places, just like you did! Keep these videos coming, love seeing everything come alive! Love your thoughts on how things may have been left. Happy gardening!
I absolutely love it perfect choices I’m looking forward to finding some new things for my garden when things have properly opened over here in the UK 🪴🌺🪴
I love, love, LOVE the way you think and express your heart and soul through your gardening! Your spirit comes through so strong and it is so beautiful! 😮 New Subscriber! 🙏🌷💞
Great finds and placement. I agree with you, just having all plants and hard scape is boring, adding interesting items make a garden unique. I have an old rusty pot belly stove that’s going in my garden for sure. What did you do with the lantern? Great content by the way!
You’re eyes and imagination are incredible!!! I love your channel and it only took me one video to connect with you!!! I love the way you use your space!!! You’re talented so keep the videos coming, no need for a better camera. Your lenses work just fine!!! Keep’em coming 😍😀😃it’s my quarantine therapy!! I’m an Addict!! Kml
Mike, your garden space looks amazing! Come do mine!! There are so many things I want to get out and do but can't until this broken ankle heals 😭 Love the bike, beautiful!
I love stuff like old feces buckets etc tuck it here & there make it look natural .YOU did good my friend 👍love your space . Ive did stuff like that piture it did it ? Lol screamed in my yard because it did look right there i try other places yes it work 😁 some people use stuff like that it looks like a bad episode of Sandford and son ...
I appreciate your stlye! I got it all and love the placement of the pieces😍 I can see some kid leaving their bike propped against a fence. I love your brunnera, do you have a name for me? Love the leaves! Your paths are awesome!
Perfect combination with the fence and bike. You have a designer eye for sure. One little neg comment ...please sync your voice and video together better. A little distracting. Love, love, love your garden though with lots of design information.
Yet another great video. I love antiquing and we’re only just allowed to go out and do this sort of thing over here. I love your enthusiasm and your finds and how you imagine what the history of each piece was. I was wondering if you’d keep the tyre on the bike. It goes perfectly in that spot, as does the wheelbarrow. Genius ideas. And yes there’s a fine line before you’ve overdone it. Oh and you don’t need any fancy cameras, your phone is way good enough. I’m just wondering if you have to move the stepping stones to cut your grass or do you strim around them? Just curious.
