Turning The Worst Shotgun to The Best in The Game - The Division 2 

You always come out with some crazy builts. Im gonna have to give this one a try some time soon.

This is just a gimmick but for a high RoF shotgun have you tried Steady Handed for the authentic div1 Showstopper experience? If a shotgun can hit more tight at range then the low damage can be compensated i guess
