Welcome back fellow riders,
Ever since I climbed Turtle Mountain in 2021, I fell in love with the area. As a result, I have made it a yearly ritual to ride up the mountain in the fall season. We ended up being 6 riders which is a perfect number.
The trail was fantastic as always. The maze of roots and rocks makes it for a fun and somewhat challenging ride. (The challenge level is very subjective as some would find this very difficult!)
The weather was perfect! There were a lot of hikers and even some rock climbing 4x4's. It would be a slow progress for them but it was cool chatting with them to better understand their setup. The hiking community is great as every hiker would chat with us, smile and laugh. That's how it should always be!
