Hi kyle have you ever done a tutorial/informational video on how to improve twists??

is this a progression doing the double leg flip?

if you put up a tutorial for kong gainer, make sure you can do it and do it straight over you head(out side). this move is about skill and confidence please don't make a tutorial for people who want to do it with out the danger of doing it correctly. doing it sloppy is robbing yourself of a proud moment in in your Freerunning career. No one needs a tutorial, they need a safe place to train and experience, but if you do make one please do it right :)

can u also do a tutorial on the double leg reverse vault twist? ... it looked AWESOME!!

mine are way more like horizontal 360s than sideflips is this a problem? i feel like it is and if so do i just practive by first doing rolls over the object is there a better technique?

there is vertical and horizontal rotation with tucked legs but do you call them both a regular reverse vault.

haha kyle i was learning this move and i realized i was doing a reverse vault wrong, and i was trying to do the double leg reverse vault but i discovered i can barely get my legs up to a 90 degree angle.... well onto your flexibility video haha

hey man thanks for the tutorial, you've been such a great inspiration and I've actually decided to start a Parkour academy(: sense i'm living on my own I do have to charge for admission but if you're broke or you just love Parkour anyone is more then welcomed :D it'll take me some time to clear the land and build everything but it's in Hudson TX so if anyone is interested in taking Parkour classes or just having a great place to train, hit me up(: #Godbless

its hard to land in a forward position, but its pretty easy to land sideways, then you just turn a little and you're ready to run

Yes, but I think that would be a double leg flip over the obstacle, not a vault.
