Hi Begouda, thanks for your comment ☺️ If there is anything you don't understand from the video let me know and I will try to explain. Also I uploaded another l tutorial you can watch here 😜 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1htJHszXavo.html Thanks again 😄
This a huuuge synth and an excellent way to start! Because it is not so expensive many consider it a good "entry point" but for my is far beyond that, it is an infinite machine capable of doing musical sounds but also can be used as an experimental tool for sound explorations. Congratulations & check my tutorials on the patchbay and general synthesis completely made on the MB2S
@@brax2574 any interface will do! Remember you can get midi to the MB2S form your computer using an USB connection, so no need for a midi interface for that, unless you plan to use midi for other synth or purpose
Hi! Great video! Could you tell me if you can use the Keystèp or other keyboard to insert notes (step rec or realtime rec) into 2S sequencer? Thanks a lot!
Hi, thanks for your comment 😁 That is a great question, unfortunately I don't have my minibrute at the moment (it is in a friend's house) so can't try that. The only way I imagine you could program the sequencer externally is using midi, playing notes while the sequencer is in live rec mode (if my memory is correct you press record an play at the same time to enter live rec mode)
Well it depends on the direction you would like to take your sound! For Synths I'm a fan of delay and reverb because with those you can add something that is really hard to get from a synth : the feeling of a phisical space. On the otherhand I like to complement Synth sounds with samples or ambiences so I would really like to get (I don't have) a granular pedal with sampling capabilitys (or a granular synth, why not?) But again, you could add flanger, chorus, distortion, anything you like, it all depends on what you want to achieve.
I'm using a Clavia Nord Modular G1. But you could make that sound with any basic synthesizer as I'm only using a sawtooth waveform and some reverb 😏 If you have any more questions let me know 👍
@@ahmadkanaan7714 ahahah I'm the worst playing in a traditional way so don't worry, I understand your feeling 😅 Practice and check on Google how to get an Egyptian scale, you can then play it on any keyboard Good luck 🤞🍀👍
