ఇక్కడ టీచర్లను ఇబ్బంది పెట్టడం కంటే.. లక్షలాది పిల్లల భవిష్యత్ మీద ఈ ప్రభావం పడింది... కేవలం కొన్ని ప్రభుత్వ తప్పుడు నిర్ణయాలను బలవంతంగా విద్యా వ్యవస్థ మీద రుద్దడం కోసం.. ప్రవీణ్ ప్రకాష్ ఇంత కఠినంగా వ్యవహరించారు... 3,4,5 తరగతుల్లో విద్యార్థుల సామర్ధ్యాలల్లో విద్యార్థికి - విద్యార్థికి చాలా వ్యత్యాసం ఉంటుంది.. ఈ వ్యత్యాసం అస్సలు పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోకుండా డిజైన్ చేసిన వర్క్ బుక్స్ పిల్లలందరి చేతా బలవంతంగా రాయించారు.. ఈ వ్యవహారం వల్ల.. Below Avarage పిల్లలు చాలా అన్యాయానికి, ఒత్తిడికి గురి అయ్యారు... ప్రవీణ్ ప్రకాష్ ఒత్తిడితో విద్యాశాఖ అధికారులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు కూడా ఈ వర్క్ బుక్స్ బలవంతంగా అందరి చే రాయించారు.. ఆ వర్క్ బుక్స్ లో చాలా అభ్యాసాలు Below Avarage పిల్లలకు పనికిరావు..

ఎస్ 3,4,5 తరగతులు విలీనం వల్ల చాలా వరకు elementary schools మూసే పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడింది.
