Got my I Qube two weeks back. Though nice, it has few issues. When charging the I Qube scooter, as per procedure, the ignition key should be with the scooter and the ignition key should be on, then only scooter is charging. I live in 5th floor. Though in apartments, charging points are provided at ground floor, it is more of an inconvenience to sit close to the scooter when it is charging, around 2 to 4 hours at times, to ensure safety of the scooter. Since it is an open parking area within the compound, any body can drive away the scooter as the ignition key is available. They can just unplug the cable and drive away the scooter. Even if they have not driven the scooter, they can simply remove the key / charger to create nuisance / inconvenience to the owner of the scooter. Certainly it is a risk for the safety of the scooter and a headache to the owners of I Qube scooters. Not all can afford to have a safe room for keeping the scooter at home. More so in the apartment living in cities

Company must start using lfp battery...instead of unnecessary app.. with subscription.. screen .. music control..reverse mode...some Company even keyless entry on scooter😂
Looks like the mechanic has no idea about the EV scooter. Looks like he has not deep idea about the internals. If this is the quality of the mechanics just wondering is this safe to buy TVS. TVS Should re-think on the quality of knowledge they transfer to those mechanics. He has no idea what the orange color cable is used for. Some one has told him it is high voltage so he just continues the same. He could be good to replace the parts, but not worth for debug or repair.
So many problems in TVS iQUBE.. -Battery getting failure within one year -Sudden turning off while driving .. - very very poor service support , whatever complaint- only one standard answer is software update is required .. I suggest don’t buy tvs IQUBE to avoid later sufferings..
