i think in the end when all is over and you die it doesnt matter if youre skinny or not, but the regret you feel as you realize it was never about how you looked to others, but having fun, doing things you enjoyed, eating things you loved. and you will miss all of those things as your last breath leaves your body. i hope you recover so you feel no regrets in the last moments of your life. love u.

When I die it won't matter weather I'm skinny or not and even tho im to late to realise that and the damage has already happened, I'm now trying my best to recover and i hope one day I'll be free from this life 💕 and i just wanted to say thank for your support 🙏🤍
I'm 60 and in therapy for restrictive eating again. It's robbed me of 45 years of my life. Don't waste your life on an eating disorder. I've been disabled for 20 years as a result of medical complications from decades of eating disorders, but started having problems much, much earlier. My kidneys are at only %37 functioning. My intestines don't work properly. I have constant reflux, I have had a NG tube in for 2 years just to get enough fluids in because my body can't tolerate any volume. You can die quickly, or you can die over decades like I am. Get help. Nobody cares about your weight. It's a stupid, irrelevant number. My teeth break off at the gum line. My skin is trash . I have no ability to regulate my body temperature. I pass out if it's over 65F degrees. My spine and bones are degenerating. My joints have started to grind against the bone next to it. My tendons break without warning. I am in a wheelchair if I have to move over 50 feet. I was a figure skater, RN, and am now useless BECAUSE of the impact of a life of restricting my food. Don't do what I did. YOU have a chance at a good life. I should be entering the good years after a long life of work, and instead, I have nobody around. Nobody would notice if I died unless my body started to stink. Don't be stupid with nutrition and health. You only get one body. And if you want my broken one, I'll trade for yours, so I could turn things around and have a healthy life.
I'm really sorry for what happened and ik how bad eating disorder can cause to your body but I'm trying to get help with it and I'm trying to recover from it and I'm really sorry for what you went through..... but thankyou for your advice and i hope that one day I'll be free from this.... and i hope you take care of yourself 🤍
