The tone and style of the trailer is soooo hilariously different from the actual movie, it reminds me of the "Medieval Land Fun-Time World" lip-dubbed "trailer" for Game of Thrones.

I was obsessed with this movie when it first came out. Saw it in a Shakespeare class and had to buy it and watch it over and over. They did a great job of making the archaic dialogue relatable. I was excited to see both Olivia and Maria get cast in the fifth Harry Potter movie (both delightfully evil), and I recently realized that Sir Andrew Aguecheek (Richard Grant) is in the latest Star Wars movie!

Stellar cast. Very funny as it was meant to be. Written by the Bard as the last day of the Christmas celebrations to make all laugh .Richard E Grant and Mel Smith on top form, as was Nigel Hawthorn as the pompous Malvolio. Also the twins - he was slightly androgynous and she had that "je ne sais quoi"about her - perfect . Excellent scene when they were reunited .Any GCSE set doing this should watch it AFTER they have read the text.

The parts where Olivia kept coming on to Viola/Cesario were utterly hilarious - you can just see her face palming internally at Olivia's increasing fervor despite Viola's honest attempts to champion Orsino even though she is clearly in love with him.

真的好看，尤其幾位主角的對手戲，而且與舞台劇比較，腳色情緒的轉換與魅力更好、更飽滿，無論是隱約的曖昧或是熱烈地情緒表現非常impressive。Clown也不會僅僅是以往的傻子形象，而是更顯睿智clever，一種大智若愚的氣度；Viola聰明、勇敢、忍耐，為了所愛的公爵Osino也盡力傳達；Olivia熱情、機智，在愛面前也不屈服；Maria觀察敏銳，成功扳倒驕傲的Malvolio。Shakespeare的文筆與對人心的知曉，實在讓人驚嘆與崇拜。

Well, there's some kinda saying that 'not the clothes make the man', meaning not to judge one by their appearance. In this play/movie, Viola dresses as a man, and the clothes make her a man. I hope this helps 😉
