Thank you for all of your videos. I don't interact but I watch your videos daily and have learnt so much from you. Both my 7yrold son and I have learnt to play from you. 5months in now and it's about the only joy I have left in life. Thank you for giving us that. Happy Holidays everybody. You are sooo right about changing through the song. I've recently been to a couple of groups and they all just seem to play the same strumming pattern all the through their songs, I understand why but even as a player I got bored.will definitely keep this as part of my playing. 💜🎣👖
Angie!! You know, my music teacher would always say "never play the same thing twice in a song" and I never understood what that meant until I went to a uke jam and I experienced people playing the same strumming pattern for a whole song from beginning to end. It was really hypnotizing and repetitive.

Nice! Love that muting + note trick! Also love it when you tell me to look up. 😆 I just got a new uke and she’s a tenor bamboo Alvarado...with a crack in the gloss and could also be the body of the uke too. Was gonna try my UV gel nail lamp and a thin base and top coat along the crack. Thoughts? Could also just cover it with a cool sticker. 😳🤔😽 Thanks and hope you’re well!
