Supernatural did a good episode about modern Vampire shows, movies, and books portraying vampires as romantic. The vampires in the episode were using that portrayal to seduce women and lead them back to the vampire nest. Once back to the nest the girl was like "Does your room have velvet?" at which point the vampires proceeded to rip her throat out and drink her.

He doesn't have that many good traits and skills and he's absolutely nothing compared to a real Vampire, which doesn't turn into a bat but can fly and teleport and has enough strength to lift up and move around several Tonnes and they can also bypass immortality and can hurt other monsters very easily and they can only be killed by cutting off their head but even then that doesn't work for the Alpha since he's actually immortal and has a Hundred times more strength than even the most powerful Vampires and can take out even the strongest creatures even other slightly weaker Alphas.
