This song is too good. The tempo changes were too jarring I think, but that buildup is divine. And the chorus--if I had the opportunity to perform in a choir for this, I would be STOKED. Beautiful work.

I totally misread that title as "Priestess and the Femboy". I gotta get my eyes checked again.

4:52 Holy shit I got chills! Like, my god this feels like the entire world is coming down, but not before this god is slain! Absolutely fantastic arrangement! I can't find a word that properly describes the feelings, it's just phenominal. Aaaaaaah, 'scuse me while I repeat it endlessly because you have done a fantastic job.

3:00 and 4:53... I don't know what it is about this composition over the bond between Alm and Celica, but I haven't heard music that has given me the kinds of goosebumps it gives me since the original Force theme from Star Wars. And you have certainly done it great justice.

That ending... Ooh... I listen to this time and time again and it never gets stale.

If you played this to accompany a very long story battle scene/cut scene, it's amazing. I can't imagine this playing on a loop for a final map theme since there's so much variation from part to part in the whole composition. You definitely embraced the original remaster and made it into your own masterpiece. I really enjoyed this :)

Shadows of Valentia was my first fire emblem game and the soundtrack made me love the fire emblem game series.

I thought this piece was already perfect. But you showed me that improvements could be made, and now I believe through your work, this piece has achieved perfection.

Wow, I only started playing the game yesterday and the intro (when you start the game up) blew me away. It told of a tragic tale filled with destiny, and the music was remarkable. So first of all thank you for deciding to work with the soundtrack from this visually and musically stunning game. Second of all, you've done an excellent Job, it sounds epic.

Again, what a cool rearrangement ! I especially like the part at 2:59 and of course 4:52... Can't wait to hear your future remixes. ;)

Perfect nostalgia, perfect arrangement

When I first listened this song during playing this video game, I paused and listened for a while. Thank you for letting me listen this wonderful version.

I like how the original tempo wasn’t kept. It was a little too swingy.

I never thoght I'd ever see the day this happened. The twilight of gods is a great song, and as such, I didn't expect to find a cover as great as it. I wouldn't compare them in terms of which is better, because they are different. But oh wow, this surely exceeded anything I expected. It's glorious, epic and incredibly well done! Hype overflowing!

I find this song is better when played at 0.75 speed

Oh wow, with you changing your channel name again, i didn't recognize you,. So happy to see you uploaded again, and I see you're going after another one of my favorite franchises here. While I unfortunately lack the vocabulary to properly critique music, I really enjoyed it, especially the part just after the three minute mark and the part starting at just before the 5 minute mark.

I have never played the game, but there is a story that plays out in my mind whenever I listen to this song... The story begins on a scene of desolation and ruin, of a lonely village being destroyed by a cursed bandit lord. As the thatch houses burn, a small farmboy takes shelter inside the church, where a priestess in white defends the building from harm. 3:00. The doors fly open, as the bandit lord storms in. The priestess summons all her power to force him back, her body cracking into light from the force of the effort, until at last she is overcome. 4:25. The Bandit laughs, and begins to approach the altar. The farmboy wipes away his tears, and picks up the priestess' staff to do battle. At first, all he can summon are sparks, but as faith impels him forward, they glow brighter and brighter, until... 4:53. The staff erupts in incandescent light. The bandit mouths a voiceless scream as the entire chapel is bathed in a holy radiance that washes over the entire village. Shadows are revoked, bandits retreat in terror, and every iota of fear is replaced by awe, as the farmboy's faith restores order to the village. 5:35. The farmboy stands at the altar, the spectral image of a proud priestess-saint smiling down at the farmboy, who looks with reverence at the new dawn.

I remember this fight, when both characters armies come together, I made a moving fortress out of the units with the healers on overdrive healing each other and everyone else as we made a slow push for jada, hacking through his vs plot armor, then after that to realize there was a laser spitting dragon behind him..... fucking epic

3:13-3:37 really brought out some emotion for me. Despite never actually playing the game, I heard the OST for this on King Of Skill's "Byleth Is Bad", and it instantly became my favorite Fire Emblem Track.
