@@RU-viduser-eq4up Is a 1.4 sport 16v with a gsi kit on it. We bought it with the intention of swapping it out for a redtop but its so clean & only 52k miles that it seemed a shame to split it up so we ran a comp for it as it is. A fella from Scotland won it last Wed for £3.33, we'll be delivering it this week.

I miss my old Novas, had a few back in the day and was in a club which loads of us had Novas. My last one was a 1986 1.2 shell with a Corsa GSi engine in and loved it…. I miss rasping around in novas and watching this has brought back so many memories so thanks for the video guys 😊

Used to be a vauxhall trainee.and I remember being taken to a college thing in a merit.got 65 in 2nd or 3rd ragging it to Tyseley.then got picked up in the Sri loved it 😅

A lad with an SRI used to live nearby when I was a teenager, he used to rip massive smoky peelers EVERYWHERE! White over gunmetal, with gunmetal fan blades. Cherry B peeking out the back of course. It was frigging wicked!

Incredible video once again lads. My first car was a Nova 1.4 SR , G626 FSD , was about to calibra turbo it then had to buy a lathe for my business 🙈 I reckon if I had gone ahead with it I'd stil! Have kept the car today. I joined the PNG group of nova members and they sent me very polite and superb letters asking me to take it to car shows for the club stand, the main reasons were it was minted and also it was a super rare metallic blue and there was almost none left even back then in the late 90s when i had it. It wasnt that super light blue , it wasnt breeze blue it was an even cooler blue, kind of in between both blues. Then my friend in the army wrote it off 😢 a week after buying it 🙈 utter bellend of a boy with cars 🙄 i wish I'd known better at the time and kept it.

Oi oi yes lads the car of my youth i had so many that i wish i kept them all I've had GSIs GTEs merits lux sting spin SRs SRIs all of them wish i had a sport had a 2.0 redtop and a redtop turbo I've been looking for ages for the right one but condition and price is making it very hard love the channel keep it lad's 👊 this has make my day watching this and the smiles per miles that you both showing says everything I'm going straight onto redline now i want this car failing that i want the white corsa B that was in the background

My Experience, with an SR, wasn't the best. When i bought it had had an engine rebuild, respray and everything 😅. About a month into my bubbles ownership appeared on the wheel arches and below, then the engine started overheating. 3 head gaskets 2 new doors and a Respray with £1800 sunk into it i parted ways, probably the worst car I've ever owned😂😂

I had a nova sport 1.3 twin 40s blue printed bottom end I could rev it off the clock it would out accelerate a Porsha 911 and it would break once a month 😂😂😂

@@MotorAddictsit had a high lift cam k&n air filters bolted straight to the twin 40s it would only do 110 mph but it would pin you passenger seat while you were getting there the most fun and best car I've ever owned only 500 were made and there was 2 in my area no electric windows no sun roof no power steering it was fanfuckingtastic

Off topic question but as you know a lot about cars Do head gasket sealers actually work? There's a product called Steel seal at Halfords and was just wondering if it could fix the problem without me having to lift the entire head out of the car. Thanks

I know a bloke who used a product called k seal on a Scooby and that worked,also on a v6 sierra....worth a shot but a new gasket and poss head skims the way to go( when time/ funds allow)....
