A man recently said to me it is important for the woman that we take a stand and wait for our partner to catch up. If we are not waiting, we are running too. Healthily waiting means being patience, not stagnant. We can still keep on growing, but we don't need to let go of the most worthwhile journey of love possible on this earth prematurely. If we are realizing our partner is doing the very best they can, the very best I can do for us is being compassionate and gentle enough to know that it is a LOT they are catching up on and can simply rest in the knowing that they are on their way back to us. I trust you C., I trust us, I trust myself in the knowing that we have already won what has never been a fight but a journey towards greater integrated love. Thanks for witnessing that. It is an important lesson to realize that I have been giving up on people way to early all my life. I've not cared enough. Now I care.

To whoever is reading this, this meditation has changed my life. I listened to this twice and broke down crying. I never felt enough. I’m 62 and to have this revelation at this age is HUGE. I AM ENOUGH for me and if someone else can’t see this it’s their problem. I’m not chasing anything anymore. The chaser has just become the runner 🏃‍♀️ God Bless you Rachel for such a well done video. 24 hours after I listened to this I was naturally excited about union and really felt my own value on the relationship. Suddenly the whole dynamic changed to one of both being attracted to a centre point that we were both attracted to rather than the runner chaser dynamic. Thanks so much. This is gold.

I have to say. Back in June…. My twin flame broke up with me- and I felt broken- our cycles were just awful and I was absolutely gutted- I turned to this meditation in a desperation to just soothe. Like were in Union now, right after this meditation- they came back a week have drifted again and I have listened to this and we come back together. It’s amazing to see what it is what needs done to be in Union- the unconditional love- thank you so much- you are my favorite twin flame RU-vidr- I love all the meditations- the full moon one made me sob last week- I just wanted to say this before I forgot, to anyone struggling out there- believe in this- listen to it- it works! 💗💗💗

Such a different energy than most tf meditations. Love this. Came right on time for me! I hurt my Divine masculine today. With words of doubt. He communicates total and complete love through his emails and it was my insecurities and doubt. But this really shifted my energy. I knew what I needed to work on before this meditation. I'm in awe of how I'm feeling. I listened to this last night before going to sleep and not only did I fall asleep with much less trouble than I usually do, I feel like there's this bubble of light in my chest, slowly expanding. I've made 'I am worthy and deserving of love and abundance' a kind of mantra to repeat and it's amazing how good I feel as a result. I'm still occasionally thinking about the separation, but much less frequently and I'm determined to stop entirely. I may need to listen to this a few more times to convince my subconscious to shift entirely but I'm filled with so much gratitude and love. Thank you for helping me change my life. You are a blessing and I'm always amazed at how much the energy you transmit in these videos can be physically and mentally felt.

So I am listening this video for many times a day for few days now, initially I just started to pulling back, but yesterday I asked him to never contact me and I am forgiving him because I need my peace, I can understand I can't force someone to choose me, later that day I cried but next day I realized it is happening cause I decided to stop runner chaser dynamic, and then I felt my energy back.... I can say this is 100% accurate. Any time I am in lack or ego about him not being enough or not loving myself or low negative or bad energies, he’s never around. The longer I stay in that, the worse it gets. He’s just gone or barely feel or hear him. When I shift into high vibrations, in love and bliss he always shows up. It’s really amazing how this works. I know these affirmations and your thoughts really matter. In my personal connection, we experience telepathy between us almost every day. I have a thought during the day, and he will mention the same thing to me later in a conversation. This confirms it all for me. I know it’s so hard sometimes, but believing and staying positive really does matter in this dynamic. ❤

I just have to say how amazing this is. I listened to this last night when I couldn’t sleep. Half way through I realised I was crying, as if I was purging all the repressed hurt within the connection, both for myself and my twin. This morning I feel like I could cry, as if I’m clearing all negative emotions, thoughts and feelings. I put the radio on and one of mine and my twins songs was playing just as the line goes ‘It’s going to take a lot to drag me away from you’... I took this as my little nod from The universe. Makes so much sense. In the past I’ve always been the “fixer” the one to give and sacrifice and be disappointed because I felt unappreciated and like the other person isn’t seeing all I do and feel unappreciated. That’s the trigger now even though I keep telling myself it isn’t 🤦‍♀️

I’ve known my twin soul around three years, during this time we only physically met up twice, distance a factor but now that I’ve begun this spiritual journey, I feel we needed that time to each do some healing. We have this magnetic connection no matter how long the time apart has been but there was always this push pull energy, sporadic texts etc. Sunday was a huge day for me clearing and letting go, out conversations started to move into learning and sharing - normally a no go Gemini.lol This morning I discovered this gift, did the meditation and 12 hours he called me as soon as he got home, we spoke for half an hour and then the messaging, sharing continued for another hour and a half. I had all but given up hope. Thank you for sharing your gift. Next getting rid of those generational curses. I am in awe. This works !!!!!!!!!!

Just listened to this meditation,and holy cow it made me break down crying afterwards. I work with my twin flame and I have been having alot of trouble of learning how to deal with it sometimes. I only just recently discovered about a month ago,that this person i work with, is my twin flame and my life has been choatic since then,energy wise. I have never felt so alone,or not good enough,as I felt before I did this meditation. This meditation at least made me feel good,in knowing that I am making a step in the right direction.

All that is so true BUT being that all the negativity has happened as long as it has now i must un due it from my mind on my own and the more i continue hearing any negativity or any negative happens it grows deeper into my mind of trying to erase it and all the pain down under now im wondering if this will ever work out due to all been thru 🙏 AND W/O seeing the positive things happening AS OF NOW it's difficult to clear all from my mind reason i continued to say for it to end now all it did was cause much pain unhappiness and sorrow

When I really felt this he hated me the most. Now that he expressed his hatred toward me I can't get back here. I don't want to be a twin flame I want to erase him from me but when I reach a state of peace I feel him again. I want to rip our soul in half and never feel him again

Sounds like you're dealing with a karmic. I've been there. I was with a textbook case narc for 12 years. They are abusive and don't change. I've been out of that marriage since 2008, and I'm still healing from the traumas. I met my twin in 2007, but we didn't try to take things to the next level until 2019. Things were rough, but not abusive. My awakening began in 2020, and I've been going through the motions ever since. The strong desire/attachment for a karmic is there just like it is for twins, but the journeys are TOTALLY DIFFERENT. If he told you he hates you, let him hate you from a distance. That's not what you deserve whether you think he's your twin or not! Karmics paralyze the soul, twin flames revive the soul. Take a step back and really evaluate what's happening. Do not stay somewhere longer than you should bc of a title.

I cried, doing this in the beginning. I have a way of saying how I feel , it comes in my head just flows 🤷🏾‍♂️🥺. I can do it till my head starts to tingling . I instantly, say I forgive you forever. I love you , for you I kept saying I forgive you I'm not mad but I'm happy that I met you.😌 I'm happy that you are here . I got very emotional but it wasnt guilt, it wasn't mad feelings it was all love , everything was just love my candle was going as well. I completely turned over and towards the end I stared at the fire on the candle, I just started at it and just started at it .I think of our love as a Candle flame, whole time I'm staring, I say I'm your Leo WOMAN, I have homemade pics of my Leo's near my corner to meditate to heal myself with my led butterflies a necklace of my Father I call him my Eagle 😌🥺. I just stared at the flame it didn't hurt my eyes or bothering within seconds I completely stopped crying just memories came flowing in my mind I just stared at flame. I made a wish & blow out my candle after this was over ☺🥺😌. If I do cry its because I'm very proud of myself and how far I've gotten since my father passed away and being able to meet this special human being I fell in love with the moment I came across him.🥺☺
