Rasa is such a powerful soul. I haven’t ever felt such intense energy like this before from a twin flame meditation. I felt so connected to my twin flame I was crying, my body was shaking and getting goose bumps. So much was happening all at once that it definitely brought me and my twin flame so much closer. Thank you so much for this. My twin flame, my beloved husband passed on 9-30-23. Today is my birthday. And while I have gotten a lot of messages and signs from him I hadn’t seen him much in dreams or through meditation. Until now. I cried as I was able to see him again and touch his face and play with his beard. Thank you so much for this. The pain of his passing is to painful to express and this was a nice release from that torture. Thank you ❤️🖤

WOW! Our Inner Union is really intimate & in bliss. When you said "Imagine golden chord from your heart connect to Divine Counterpart heart", after my golden chord attach to my DM heart, he also sent pink chord from his heart & it attach to my heart. My golden chord & his pink chord are intertwined into chain. When this meditation end, my Heart Chakra is fully open. While writing this, my Heart Chakra still open. I hear he says "I'm opening your Heart Chakra". Thank you so much, Rasa. Love from INDONESIA.

I got through 22 minutes this morning. This meditation was just what I needed. Coming off of a really bad breakup who I thought was my soul mate. I had lost hope and the belief in love. I did have a figure of my twin flame come. I did feel their presence that brought so much peace and grounding to me. When asked their name my brain blurted out one of my best friends's name. Which they have crossed my mind a lot since my fiancée and I broke up. But when I settled back into the meditation the figure told me "You can call me love, you can call me trust, and you can call me growth" which I found the most beautiful response. Because that's not necessarily something outside of me. I feel like that's what I need to show myself.

Such a lovely meditation, thank you. I will try and complete it next time. I got in my own way a bit on that one and my visions were all over the shop, to the point where one of my spirit guides intervened to put me back on the right track. Then when that didn't work for long my face became really itchy and I had to stop. Then I noticed the time was 22.11 💫 . I'll try a bit more grounding beforehand next time though 🥰

Omg I seen a different life the one where you were a cowboy and we had two kids first a girl and then a baby boy you rode off on your horse alone just not like the time in our castle days when you rode off with others. Now I understand why I got my vision at 23 years old I told you about walking behind my kids in the meadow being sad because my love wasn't there to see our kids growing up. I didn't know why you weren't there then and I still don't know now I just know something happened and you never came back . I love you papi... So many lives

Hi can you do a meditation for mum guilt? My oldest child (boy) is a teenager now but I have so much guilt. He was my first child. I had no idea about children. I was raised by my parents who parented out of fear of lack. I had unrealistic developmental expectations, In my head I judged him and compared him to his younger brother who was more mature developmentally, I wasn’t patient with teaching him things, i expected him to just know things. I have two other kids who are Younger and now I see my errors and I feel so bad. He was defiant and didn’t listen and this created tension in the marriage as I was softer and my husband was harsher. Then I feel I had to step back for the sake of my marriage and I didn’t give him the care and love he needed (I could be overdramatising but the guilt makes Everything seem bad). I am plagued by guilt that keeps coming back. How can I heal this. And let it go. Can you do a visual meditation..? Linked to mum guilt and healing the mother child connection for both the mum and child, and letting go, and seeing the positive that was there that is not clouded by guilt..? Am I asking too much ☺️

I hear the word twin flame all the time. It used to resonate with me and now I’m not so sure anymore. I love all of your meditation videos. I just mean when I see the word twin flame it now brings confusion. Many people describe in very different ways and some are similar to narcissists. What would you describe a twin flame as?

A Twin Flame, is the connection of your heart and mind with that of whom you are supposed to be with, and that same connection they have with your heart and mind. It's the same as a Divine Complement or Soul Mate. That's how I understand it. So many times it seems they will never show up in life. Sometimes it's because we need to get out of our own way before it happens. We think we are open our Twin Flame coming into our lives, but we put up barriers or conditions and expect to attract unconditional Love with out limits. Of course there are deal beakers like addictions to drugs, alcohol, gambling etc. Beyond that, some set their standards high and refuse to "settle", then wonder why they are alone. No one is perfect. Not even me. I wish you well. May all your dreams come true!

As I understand it when souls were created they are created like ying and yang. So everyone has a twin flame that is the exact opposite of the other. Souls are incarnated so you dont have to meet them in this life. I dont think they have to be a soulmate to meet as a love interest. Being a gay man I Assume mine would be a gay woman lol so the love interest would not work. We have to remember your twin flame is not the opposite of you...but the opposite of your soul. You can unite with them in meditation from a different time. I met a version of mine she was greek and lived a long time ago in greece . She looked just like my adult niece just a mediteranian version. Im sure people have different understandings. I think my version is easier to digest :)

Twin flame is another fragment of your soul. It’s extremely rare to meet one and only happens before the graduation of the soul from the Earth plane & for the bigger purpose for humanity & for the planet. The term was overused to create confusion among the spiritual community in order to deceit and keep people in the toxic relationship or chasing the dream. No wonder you are confused.
