The best advice, in my opinion, is to live in the NOW. Not yesterday; not tomorrow. Just accept this journey for what it is i.e. A spiritual journey, journey towards soul growth and believe and know that what is meant for you will never pass you by. Thanks! 😇✨️

The message I want to bring up is, maybe us DFs dont care if we loop, we dont care to rise higher in our power because we are fine. its all good. whats the ultimate goal of this message? to not be in pain? what if we arent? i feel like ive seen so many videos and i dont see the point anymore, personally. theres no pressure to do anything, we are all just trying to get by!

What about trying to figure out how to let go; is that "push energy"? It means we're still thinking about it, even if our thoughts are on getting it out of our thoughts...
being in the comments here, watching help videos is all push. we are thinking about them. u literally have to unsubscribe, and not put in any intentional energy towards them. if thoughts come in, let them, them let them flow out. no judgement or thinking/analysis.

I think the sending love, or actually sending them love in 3d, birthday, holiday messages, get real with yourself and ask if you are doing to to get them back - to somehow show them that you havent forgotten, that you are still here, that you care? its probably one of those. because if they are doing jack shit to be in your life, why are you trying so hard to be in theirs in some fashion? its really silly when you see how one sided it is. everyone who wants a place if your life will make an effort. period.
I am only doing it in my own mind. I am not reaching out in the 3D. That was why I do not know how you just stop thinking and feeling something for someone that has been in your life.
I have been on this beautiful heart wrenching journey of growth for 5 years. I think you misunderstood my question . Maybe this will help you understand where I am coming from.
