You are so welcome. Shifting out of the pain is a gradual process. It does take time but it DOES happen if you are committed to your shift. Keep focusing on the small things every single day to bring yourself joy and to show yourself love.......and this includes loving and accepting all parts of yourself, even when you feel like you are falling apart. The more you love yourself, the brighter your light will shine 💜🌺🦋

Yes, physical union is absolutely possible. This journey is however so much bigger and runs so much deeper. Paradoxically the focus itself on physical union inhibits it from materializing, and keeps us in a state of pain. This journey is about your transformation and the more you transform, the more everyone and everything in your reality transforms.

This is a deeply sacred and personal journey of awakening to our soul’s true essence. While it is my calling to help and support others, the personal details of my journey I am guided to hold very close to my heart. 💜 As you progress you will continue to be pushed into up-levelling in higher states of consciousness. As you raise, like peeling back more layers of an onion, anything that remains hidden within you which is holding you back will continue to be brought to the surface so that it can be released. Mastering the art of alchemizing all the rising emotions is a process which takes time and practice. It can feel very challenging and frustrating at times, but it is all pushing you into your highest version of self. 💜🦋🌺

I never had this before and the more I keep getting into higher vibrations it’s like those emotions are being sneaky have you had this happen to you?

I am being guided to say that this push to release you are feeling is creative energy within you calling to be expressed. Your creative life force energy is pushing to be birthed.
