Best advice for Twin Flames: Focus on yourself and not the other.

There was a lot of drama for me, because I was unaware on the twin flame connection. I never knew it existed until after I did research. I had just learned I was an empath in March of 2017, I was in the same place with my twin in Feb 2017, although we did not meet until months later. Anyway, long story short, I was painful for me this journey, but I learned quick on my own, to let go and take care of self first, raise your vibration, self love, self care, good energy, move forward. Presently, we are in union and defining our mission. It is a real blessing, it was all worth it

Detachment is truly a state of mind and focusing on self is harder than it sounds.

I really love that you focus on non attachment. It seems that folks over romanticize the twin flame concept. From what I'm experiencing this is a gift from the universe to quicken the path of self discovery. It can be messy but that's good because the adversity and drama shines a light on the self. For the less initiated it might seem like negativity to stay away from. In my case, i'ts been a tremendous opportunity to face my fears to face my self. I'd like to say that it's been the same for her, but i'm not sure yet and will not put all this spirit stuff on her until she goes there.

Although this is heartbreaking to hear--I'm a hopeless romantic it is also reassuring to know that there's someone with this unconditional love for me. To have my twin flame in my life even if it's a friendship is such a blessing.

I’m with my soulmate but I met my twin flame and I have such a deep deep bond with my twin flame. I know we hate to admit to be attached to each other, we end up not wanting to see each other, when we meet each other there’s so much chemistry, live intensity. It’s so HUGE. I told him he can be free, he can do whatever he wants, we both said it’s easier if we don’t talk, but we end up talking end up seeing each other, our ends are hard and we end up not ending! I love both my partner and twin flame but my flame is wilder with my twin flame.

Twin souls unite when they have released and clear ego placed emotional ,mental ,physicaland spiritual obstacle that prevent them From reaching energetic that magneties their .

My idea of togetherness is two separate living spaces. :)

"Focus on self" advice is spot on.🥰 If we see ourselves as a system of parts or inner child, we realize focusing on our twin and their business all day - really is abandoning our own self.

You have the best explanation of twin flames I have seen so far! Everything is exactly what I have been experiencing. It's like I have this deep acceptance and knowing that we must let each other go and we return to one another when we experience moments of wholeness within ourselves. My perceptive of a twin flame connection is that it is the most purest and truest form of love there is to experience with someone. Learning to be able to be completely free and accepting within one another's presence. I have experienced those moments of repelling against one another when the attachment begins to arise. Just the deep knowing he will always be apart of my life and me apart of his is enough to give me a deep sense of peace and wholeness no matter in what form that is. Whether we are physically together or whether we are apart, as friends, or lovers or whatever else, just knowing he exist with me at the same time on this planet is enough to fill my entire being with so much peace and wholeness. It's like I have this deep knowing we are together no matter what. It's really such a special and pure feeling.

I met my twin flame once. And this was so extremely intense I never had it before in my life. My twin flame said that this was so intense that he could't even explain. So he run away. I ended up with tears for weeks, but thank you for pointing me things. I know now I needed to let him free, but I am the most happy and blessed person that I had the chance to meet my twin flame this life, look at his deep eyes, and to grasps the intensity about twin flame. I am sure we will meet once again, if not this life maybe in next life....thank you...

This literally made me feel so much lighter about the “relationship “ that I’m currently involved in. I love him so much but up until right now- I didn’t understand why it was so hard to be with him.. (I mean, talk about DRAMA) but it was because we attached ourselves to one another. It’s incredible watching this video at this time in my existence. When I met my twin flame, I knew it was something different to a soulmate without ever hearing the term. We had strangers comment on our connection from the first night we met. Their friends told me that when they met me, it was like meeting my twin flame but just in a different body (not the exact words but similar lol). When I tried to look up what this was early in our relationship, I found little information, other than a twin flame is not two souls, but one. I felt this strongly. My attachment, childhood traumas and addictions then became uncontrollable. I believe this is where I entered my dark night of the soul. I had tried sobriety, I knew if I didn’t do it then they would leave, but truely I never considered myself an addict. I was sober for a few months (and struggling greatly) when I had an accident and prescribed opiates. I lost my way and became a shell of a person. They found me one night high on opiates and alcohol. I barely remember it but I do remember I shared with them my views at the time, views I held my whole life - if I found love, I would finally be happy. They left because they knew this kind of love was not something they could give me, but something I had to give myself. I was angry at them leaving, and chalked it up to how every relationship has ended in the past. I lost my way a little more, but slowly it started clicking. I was receiving more signs and synchronicities than ever before, they weren’t just coincidences anymore, I started wondering if I was losing my mind. At the same time, I started questioning all these thoughts in my head too, slowly picking apart where this anxieties came from. I was working through my traumas. The more I questioned these thoughts, the more I realised by myself that the drugs were hurting me greatly and I wanted to be better. I put myself on the waiting list for rehab, and the list kept growing longer and longer - I called every week, they kept telling me no beds available, and I got frustrated. I was ready to move on but I believed I needed help to do that. Something clicked and I realised the idea of needing help to be sober was my insecurities speaking. My ego was speaking. I didn’t believe I could do it myself because of my past. That day, I woke up. I’ve been sober ever since. I’ve been alive ever since. The separation is what made me the person I am today. It took time, but I started listening and trusting this Divine Power which has been guiding me. This allowed me to then trust my own intuition and allow my inner self to guide me. I am learning everyday, and sometimes I wonder where in my spiritual awakening I am. Is this just bliss? Is my dark night of the soul coming? Will God stop speaking to me someday? I realise this is my ego speaking, my insecurities and anxieties of going through more traumas.. I am free of addictions, attachment, trauma - if they arise again, which they may, I know it will be another lesson. And if God does stop speaking to me one day, that’s okay, because I speak to myself now. There’s two voices in my head now, not just one. It’s incredible seeing this video now because I realise it’s been out for so many years but I found no information before when I tried so hard to put words to what this incredible connection was. Watching it now, I realise that if my old self watched this, I would dismiss most of the advice and probably say “nah, we can’t be twin flames then” at the thought of a separation. I truely believed we were meant to be forever, and nothing could stand in our way. This video came to meat the right time. I was smiling the whole way through. This is exactly what a Twin Flame relationship is. It is looking a mirror image of your own soul, and realising how truely remarkable it is to see it for (perhaps) the first time. When it is lost, your ego will be deafening, but now you’ve had a taste of your own soul and it’s still there - begging to come alive. You’ll start listening, and if you trust your own intuition, you’ll find that happiness you had with them within yourself. I wish I could put into words how beautiful that is. Whether or not there is a union, a Twin Flame relationship is a blessing. I look back on our relationship with so much love and gratitude. I’ve shared my awakening with them, and it’s up to them now to whether or not they would like to try again. I know in my soul I am okay with any outcome they give. If they decide not to, there will be pain, of course, but it will be another lesson and I know I will truly be okay. I know a rejection from them will not be because they don’t love me, but because they have searched deep and are listening to their own soul. I have found closure in not being with them, and now I have found closure by at least letting them know that despite not NEEDING them, I WANT to share this blessed existence with them. I don’t need a union to experience existence. Thank you for sharing with the world so eloquently the power of a Twin Flame.

its very true, I learned pretty quick, sink or swim kinda thing, the faster I let go, the more things started to fall into place. That's true. At the time, I only had one friend who was also in a TF relationship and I was able to confide in her. But yes, the attachment is the killer. Once I learned to let go and not have expectations, work on self, and it took 7 months, but I refused to attach myself, then he came back when I least expected it and I had even forgotten a bit about him lol. It is a life experience I have never had before it was crazy thank God we are more chill.

I met my twinflame 6 months ago and my life has been changed dramatically. And what I found is you don't need to be together with your TF or have to be couple with twin flame. Its the strongest love that you can manifest in 3d world. Its even more than connection between family members. Its about spiritual love. You don't need to label on it as a friends or romantic partner because connection itself is more than that. When you limit to your soul your ego generates extreme fear and your twinflame runaway. And the pain will be 😅😅i dont want to describe it deeply lmao. But they are pushing you to grow up by giving pain. Be thankful for it. Your life will be beautiful and once you gets control in your life you can manifest whatever you truly want by law of attraction!. And once you start to grow up, your vibration becomes very strong which means that you can also attract your soulmates easily. open up all the possibilities and just feel the love, grow up with the strongest love. After years on this journey, reading, researching and writing ,the label “Twin Flame” makes me panicky and kind of restricted now. I feel so disconnected from it and the “Twin Flame” community. I always say “ditch the label” and “stop putting it in a box” and “focus on what the connection is teaching you”. Beautiful video! ❤️

I walked out the door and one minute later I was hit by a very intense love and a voice told me, you have found your wife, (past tense), so love at first sight is a past life coming thru. Attachment is a ego perception. The idea of attachment is built on the lie of separatism. When the veil of separation is lifted you can see clearly how ridiculous the idea of attachment is. The twin is you, attachment concept out the window.

YESSS!!! Many years ago, I surrendered any ideas and attachments I had to the idea of twin flames/soulmates, knowing that we are all interconnected beings who are always mirroring one another. Those of us who’ve been actively doing their work, deactivating from old stories, beliefs etc, who are coming into alignment through integration are finding the wholeness within. Therefor opening the portals of aligning with a being who is as whole in themselves as you are within yourself.

You must be an Aquarian or so who's open to embrace all, that the line between the One you really love with your soul is blurred between all the other lesser loves. We know what we experienced. We know who we loved most. We know it's different from everyone else. We know the experience is beyond 3D experience. We know the connection is real and never before experienced and will never ever be experienced in the same way again. Yes, we are all One but we must distinguish that love for the twinsoul/twinflame from all other lesser loves because it is really not of the same capacity and intensity. Not of the same power and level of consummation. It's incomparable with all the other love one have even known. So, it's not true that saying "I Love You" is not the most important thing. It is the most important thing if not the only thing that matters, that both must be very clear about it, so that both of you can heal of past, present and future rejections, abandonement and separation. So that both of your soul can rest and let go in peace, if ever you cannot be together. That knowledge, awareness, understanding and realization( very important) that you both love each other so deeply no matter what will be the guiding light, the refuge, the healing salve, the strength to carry on on your journey apart from each other . Only with that knowledge and understanding (very important to set one soul free) can one rest with one soul and let go. Can let each other be free to pursue each soul's mission with other souls until it's time to come back together again whether in this plane of existence or in another dimension or lifetime. If you haven't done so, tell your twin if you're apart from each other that you love them so deeply no matter what. That will help them let go, heal their soul and set it free from anything that undermines that divine connection.

Love this! letting go of labels is so freeing - and a reminder to experience life as if we are indeed looking into a mirror at all times. There are certain people and circumstances that more intensely remind us of this, but it can be in any moment -- no need to hyper-focus on any particular person or experience, as a dependence of this reminder.

when my twin and I first met it was so powerful Miraculous things happened. We saw it, couldn't explain it, but, we knew this was Big. because we were long distance apart him being in West Africa and I in South Florida... we told each other and the universe thank you for showing up and even if we don't get to be together physically we are just happy knowing that we exist and this thing exists just being able to see each other and to see how everything unfold was enough for us to live happily ever after and free even if it wasn't physically together. It's Been Five Long Hard Years of Long Distance Love/Marraige between us and Now we are so addicted to each other. we feed of off each other's energy...we can't function without each other. we are still living Long distance apart and it behooves us as well as our family and friends how we've been doing this for so long and we still do it as if we just met yesterday.

Mastering the duality is the challenge.... together yet apart.

I didn't experience much of the magical moments of twin flame, so I didn't even know if we are or not, but the pain was so intense and unexplained when we separated. I almost predicted the details of the separation before it even happened. And the self-doubt, jealousy, insecurity, sadness that followed was the most intense I've ever had in my life. I had to look inwards, identify my unhealed wounds, go on healing myself. I feel I've matured more than many years combined in a couple months. Maybe this is the purpose of this connection.
