@@Debbie5668 You're right, Alicia doesn't usually eat during filming as she doesn't want her chewing to be the overriding sound. Walt sometimes eats during filming. The majority of mealtime isn't filmed. I think the important thing is that Alicia is totally present during meals that are filmed.

Was really cute. Gwen sang something to us today and yesterday Ana sang to Annie " Happy Birthday" ( in shorts videos part ) . Both have a good voice for singing .

When my husband and I went to Seattle many years ago he incorporated salmon into every meal. He said it was the best. I like the halibut from the Pacific Northwest. So delicious.

I've heard Ana sing, so sweet and clear. I think this is the first time I heard Guin do a solo. Both have very sweet voices. Little sirens from the sea only bring joy to you and me. Not like the sirens of ancient lore, but soft and sweet, so we always want more. 🧜🧜

Mrs Barton we do pokey bowls here not big on fish but we try. It has brown rice Salmon spinach and a seame seeds and sauce. I grill salmon or lite fry it

I love how as parents you have given the girls such a broad range of different foods and how they really do like almost everything you have introduced them to. They both are the cutest little girls and I thank you for sharing them with us daily. They always put a smile on my face all the time. 💕
I love how much you explain and interact with the girls, it really shows in their language skills and how they react to foods they know and those they're trying for the first time. Such a delicious meal, healthy and great that they both like these things. I was thinking also, it's such a great way for them to look back at their younger selves in years to come.

Anna absolutely knows when she pushes boundaries with the fork. She looks right at you for correction when she does it. Setting the boundaries gives toddlers a sense of security and predictability. Forks are for poking food only, period. It's just that simple. She's begging for your parental guidance on this, and she's not getting it, at least not on camera. So she stabs the table, flings it wildly, pounds it, puts it near her eyes, and in her hair. It's hard to watch. They are your babies, and I am only a viewer whose raised 4 so I know I will get clobbered, but I really think they are begging for your guidance.
Nervous Nellie, here. I also get nervous when the girls wave their forks near their faces or each other. Anna was especially frisky today. She's testing her boundries, but that's what allows us to grow as long as Alicia is there to rein her in the gentle way she has.
I agree. They are two and a half, now is the time to start discipline. She's an absolute great mom, however you have to be a parent, I feel she may be trying to be there best friend as well. Can't be afraid of setting boundaries it will make the school age years, and teenage years much easier.
Kids will shove whatever size piece is in front of them. For a first time trying salmon, I probably would have given them smaller pieces. The girls are adorable & real troopers with trying new stuff❤
The girls are the best! So smart! The aquarium looks beautiful. When Alicia asked “Do you like the fish?” (meaning the food), Ana turned and looked at the aquarium. So sweet. Have a lovely weekend! 💜💖🤗❤️🐠
That looks delicious. Salmon is one of our favorites. I am doing a pecan crusted salmon for tomorrow night's dinner. We buy the big huge salmon filets from Costco.
My daughter (now 25) tried salmon & broccoli when she was the twins age & it's still her favourite now 😊 I too liked the fish is Salmon no its not its fish!!😂
These girl eat so healthy have such a good and healthy diet for their age not many kids eat such a different range of food s at such a young age some of which they like and some not so much bless😊😊😊😊❤

Wow, what a special treat for Anastasia and Guinevere! Instead of a t-shirt that says "I love Alaska" with a moose on it, their Pop- Pop catches and ships home Alaskan salmon for his grandbabies to try! I have been watching the girls a very long time Iv seen them playing with there forks many times today when Anna was putting by eyes reminded me of my cuz at this age she poked her eye and lost it.
I also worry about the fork playing around their eyes. And Ana using it to comb her hair. Alicia so patient with the girls and Ana does seem to push boundaries😮😮

@Debbie25Brenham Exactly. Both girls were wild ly waiving their forks around and Gwen stabbing herself several times with her own fork was rather upsetting, but no one seemed concerned about that.

Quite naughty and mama should just turn off the camera when she decides and they absolutly know they are doing wrong when they are poking the table with their forks as they both look at mama as they do it They have been told so many times not to do it Now is the time to maybe introduce a consequence.
