Thank you for sharing this recipe. Today my daughter's aged 11 and 9 are making these doughnuts and they excited to serve us with the end result. Greetings from South African living in Tanzania!
Just made this and it turned out better than the other one. A few came lose but most were intact, I need to work on the proportions cuz some sides looked bigger than the other. Thank you so much for this, I will try it again.
Hi thank you so much. My girls love the doughnuts. Just saw your video a couple days ago and started making them. Awesome recipe for another lockdown here in Auckland NZ..🤧😭.! My doughnuts were dark brown, not sure if it’s the oil I’m using (Rice Bran Oil) or my cooktop is too hot..but they were soft and fluffy...we love them! Thanks so much again..Love from Auckland NZ!!!!
I Really appreciate your hard work. I have been watching you from very start of your journey and you have improved sooo much in every aspect best of luck keep Growing 💖🎎🎎🎎🎎🎎🎎
I found this video around 6 or 7 days ago. I have made them 2 times and my daughters bff loves them so much I am making them again because her birthday is tomorrow. Thank you so much they turn out perfect everytime.
Hie...thank you for sharing your recipes...would it be possible for you to share a recipe of doughnuts and pizza without yeast please?? Thanking you in advance.. God bless you...
yea , I used 1 cup of milk for the donut , because to get the appropriate design like the twist it has to be kinda tough dough before leaving to rise so it gives appropriate texture for the design, otherwise by the time you are done proofing, the texture won't be easy to make those design if the dough is too soft, we want something like bread dough not the regular donut.
@@mijreed I used the machine to knead , no other kneading just my hand mixer until stretchy , you can knead by hand also only that its will take up to 20 minutes of serious kneading to get the dough stretchy , you can melt the butter if kneading by hand to make it easier
Btw if some of u guys dont have yeast you can replace it with baking powder or baking soda and if some of u guys dont have all purpose flour u can replace it with plain flour
To get very fluffy and doughy texture, don’t knead your dough after rising it makes your dough tough and it’s not going to look doughy , but if you don’t overwork your dough after rising , meaning you did not knead it after rising , you will get a perfect doughnut texture.
You are kneading your dough after it has risen ,watch the way I handle my Dough after it had risen, you still have to retain the air , by kneading the dough after it’s risen , you loose the air , the doughnuts become heavier and will not float in the oil , and that’s not going to give white line .
