Emulated with PCSX2 1.6.0 QT Recorded with OBS Studio Controller (EasySMX Wired) I only survived because Sweet Tooth has solid armor. A less grueling watch since I actually did okay.
Glad to see another gameplay from you man, your talent at twisted metal leaves me and my bf in awe while watching lol and your commentary is 10/10 as always
Well I'm only really good at 2 & 4 since I spent too much time getting good at those games and they feel "right" to me. This game is gonna be really tough to learn the proper time saving strats. Thanks a bunch!
Yeah, this basically seems like a complete remake/remaster of the 1st game to some extent. The Downtown District = Riverpark Rumble Highway Loop = Freeway Free For All Rooftops = Rooftops The music changes like the first game when you have no one to target. I'm going to assume that BLACK is the epitome of their original creation with "modern" tech, and honestly I think the encapsulated the more serious side with this game.
Well hopefully I can even move out the state. Gotta make some phone calls and try to sell and donate some stuff. Appreciate the warm comment (Beach seems to be roughly an 1-2hour drive).
Hope that move you're planning works out, brother. In the suburbs the lightning happens not too far from the carnival, by some warehouses. In the Suburbs level you can also drive off a hill by the carnival to land on a building with a destructible roof to unlock Warthog, the lightning is used near that same area by some warehouses.
11:38 I don't think I've ever seen one of them die to the crusher before. 23:19 This game takes a lot of cues from TM1. Makes sense considering TM1 was the most grounded out of all of the PS1 games 31:28 I appreciate it man 33:00 I didn't know you could destroy the panels with a mine Yeah, sometimes Minion just wants to be a dick. I still find my strategy to be the most consistent though 51:00 I'd recommend going for bank shots in those situations. The damage is worth the risk of missing. 57:20 Yeah, Shadow's the most dangerous in this game after Roadkill. 1:00:45 Shadow didn't take too kindly to that comment lol
So that's what killed Warthog...lol. Kinda funny I've only played this game a little, and that happens. Speaking of 1, I may have to try that game again. It's been years, and I never beat it. So two things happened that you, a veteran haven't come across, lol. Aside from the backpanel BS, I think Minion is a much better boss than Warhawk. I can deal with Roadkill since he seems to play passive, and pulls a quick stop motion before his special. Shadow on the other hand has really good prediction, is aggressive, and all around problematic unless you just stay away. I'm assuming like in 2 they can tell when your input meter is low?
@@mr.bp-dcbg Roadkill's generally passive, but sometimes he gets super aggressive and starts ramming into you like he's Darkside. I find using gas cans, ricos, and power missiles on him to tilt him upwards and waste his special works pretty well. Like you said, keeping distance is the best strat against Shadow. I don't know if they can see your input meter, but they do definitely know when you have specific weapons equipped (reticle and sat), so it wouldn't be out of the question.
The game's visuals, speed, and movement mechanics really makes this game difficult. It's like they removed the witchcraft and bullshit from 2, while lowering the weight and tension of the vehicles to give them this weird momentum floating feel.
@@mr.bp-dcbg fancy spelling of epic, was my first team back in my days of tournaments for call of duty. Couple of those teammates are no longer with us so I never bothered to make a new account just to remove a team tag to my name
@@3pICTheAnimal How did you enjoy getting into competitive gaming? I know it's not easy from experience and definitely operates like a mental sport and can break your sanity. Please excuse the late reply.
@@mr.bp-dcbg to me, it gives unlimited content to a game you like. For example, you play a game, beat it, do all the content, best it on the hardest difficulty, but if you play online and try to climb the ranks, you always got another goal to work towards, so in a way it creates endless content to the game you like. That's the best analogy I can give.
