I love your locs and how far you came through out the years. Your the reason why i started my locs myself back in 2018 i learned so much from you throughout the years thank you! And you definitely have locs I realize that people always just going have something to say about everything especially behind a device lol.

Your hair looks so full and healthy! I'm looking forward to my locs getting some more length and mature more (started with 2 strand twists in July 2022 and they haven't locd yet on most of the ends) I enjoy your loc content, even if we don't have the same texture of hair. It's fascinating to see how different people's locs are!

I get so annoyed with how long my dreads are but I don’t wanna cut them

I am one year and two months into my journey. I currently have my locs in a style where the top half is in barrels and the bottom half is in two strand twists. I will take them down and wash this weekend, but also thinking about experimenting with color. Won't be using dye though because I heard it's better to use spray or chalk.

I got really good budding by the 3rd month after my starter locs by spraying my hair with water EVERY DAY!! starting on the second month, and not waiting too long after my first week with the locs to start washing…. The more you wash the better… but remember to much washing is a problem… every three weeks would do the trick and evry six week you wash and retwist

Bro they definitely locs. You have a fine texture, eventually as your locs gets longer and heavier, the weight may be a hinderance to your root retwists staying longer. I had that problem. Now I interlock. Great Content 😊

They are locs ,and damn good ones I might add .In my opinion yours look best when they are out free just hanging natural ,but you do you it's about what you like ,and shame on the person who wouldn't do your hair because they thought you were not black enough locks are for anyone who loves them .

Question. I've been two strand twising my hair for 2 years now and my hair just has mad shrinkage when i style it with gel and doesn't give my full hair length any suggestions to combat that?

you should keep the sides trimmed down low like preach from aba and preach. lets the sides lay down flatter and really gives it a sick look. Great work man! love the outcome.

I feel that down the line your going to have to combine them bc their some really thinnn ones that will snap off. A loc that literally amputates itself.

Hii Gunther DG, I have 3b/3c hair type. I was locked my hair a week ago but now I comb it out bc it didn't locked. I Think it is bc I always wash my hair. I need a tips for maintaining my lock like do I doesn't have to wash my hair everyday? bc I don't like when my hair become itcy.

Okay so 2 things 1. The hang time before you fully took it down had you looking like rupunzel😂 and 2. I work at a fast food joint and wear a hat so when I retwist I go back to work and what not but when I come home my hair smells like food how do I like fix that because I don’t want to have to like wash and moisturize a lot just to get a different hair smell especially after a retwist🥹

So happy you feel good. Every hair texture is not the same maybe you should give hair advice to people with similar hair as yours. Personally I don't feel good about taking advice from you. Not even sure of your nationality. Not trying to be rude but you need to give advice only to people who hair texture is very similar to yours. I've had dreads over 20 years after 2 weeks still beautiful no fluffy end.
