So we're twisting our strings as far as the stringing aid allows when we install them. So far, so good. But what direction should I twist the string in? I want to make sure to pull the serving together more tightly, and definitely do not want to loosen it. In this video, I show the serving knots and back-serving again with thicker cordage as an illustration, show what can happen when the wraps are too loose, and show how you can quickly and easily find the right twisting direction for any string.
