The fact is we live in a world where my friend shows me a satire article of a dude that identifies as a deer and got shot by Hunters is a sad of affairs. If you have to fact check a human dressed as a deer getting popped by a hunter there is a really big problem.
Do you think it would be okay to draw figure drawings of naked women? I want to do five minute or ten second figure drawings on Twitch, do you think that would be allowed?
i mean this whole artist bullshit was an issue since forever, i mean we have fucking naked yoga on youtube and its allowed and monetized and some not even age restricted so idk what we expect anymore 😂 its like you can do anything just add the word "art" or "yoga" or "educational" after it and you fine
Thank you Mutahar for blessing us with such a beautiful thumbnail. If you could, by any chance, please give us a link to an uncensored image in 4K resolution that would be absolutely wonderful. Thank you. Please.
The fact that Twitch made this change right after Omegle shut down because it was being used to exploit kids and expose them to things they shouldn't be makes the change even more sus - like they saw an opening in a market. Tinfoil hat, but the timing makes it even more problematic.
Omegle's shut down was anti-freedom authoritarian overreach bullshit. 🤷 By the same standards, RU-vid should have been shut down well over a decade ago for rampant issues of the same nature along with endless amounts of copyright infringement. Fuck all this ridiculous nanny state bullshit. Wanna know who's ACTUALLY responsible for kids & teens doing inappropriate stuff on the Internet? THEIR GOD DAMN PARENTS!!!
Omegle is that site where you live video chat with people all over the world right? The one where you can click a button to let the site know you want to stay in contact with someone rather than letting them pass by, and going onto the next user.
@@Justacheese its mostly like OmeTv, then again theres massive audience in here. Its like free Tinder than some fake pfp since u did cam. Oh and its available everywhere.
@@dreameva1400 monopoly implies that they have no competition but i doubt they are the majority of groomers, especially nowadays, feel free to change my mind by including a source ofc.
Twitch is so self aware. They know one day they’re going to peter out so they’re getting ahead of the curb and going into their “nude streaming coomer website that’s barely hanging on by a thread” phase. Truly amazing.
Hey man, Never heard of you before the Completionist situation. But after that, I have watched more of your videos and concluded you really are a stand up guy and like your content. I wish you the best my man.
@@tridos2574 why don’t you cope and seethe about that not existing instead. It’s probably best you’re kept away from it or any other specific stuff you like to “observe” in the cyberspace. ‘bout time you lay off it.
The problem with Amouranth continuing with this stuff is that it makes it look like she is lying about the whole thing and even that she was in an abusive relationship that caused it. Its a terrible thing to even mention but if people start wondering if that call was even real, then that fucks so much stuff up.
All the business deals she claimed her husband forced her to do was touted as her doing in articles prior to the claims. Her husband was wanting a divorce then suddenly this news came out. She quickly made up with him and resumed her business. If her husband made her do it from the start then she should stop doing it. She could've fled any time and the police are always there to help in these situations. Stop this "Listen and believe" crap.
She absolutely lied about it to farm sympathy. I mean she didn’t change her content one bit neither her twitch nor her of. The majority of the internet will always believe the victim coming forward without asking any second questions. Just look at all the recent dream stuff that went down
I think what people forget about the whole Amrouranth is that consent is important. SHE is the one making the choice to show her body not him, its her taking control. I dont agree with how twitch is handling there platform currently but I dont put that on the streamers they don't make the tos it isn't up to them how twitch runs it.
that guy who tried to sue twitch for chronic masterbation syndrome doesn't seem to crazy anymore XD its like when that lady sued mcdonalds for hot coffee. but then years later you found out they actually disfigured her body and she was right, maybe that guy actually had legit ...like ...reasoning if you could call it that. at the very least twitch is making it very easy to make that happen.
Well I mean there is that one time a dude killed his gf on stream by accepting donos to abuse her. But we should probably be more worried about "thots" bc that is more important in the culture war.
Crazy how a lot of young men have a porn addiction and twitch being a site where majority of their users are younger males between the ages of 16-21 (and I bet a lot of them are younger than that because kids tend to lie about their age on these websites) and they keep pushing this hyper sexual content with little to no age gating is hella predatory.
Not only that but they are being pushed into unhealthy parasocial relationships with porn creditors that will extract an unhealthy amount of money from them.
And it's not like it's just nudie magazines in the woods like it was in the old days. They've given the burden of access to 4k VR interactive hyper-pornography at an instant to teens and it will be a financial success for the producers.
Muta exploitive thumbnail was super effective. Having some seasonal affective disorder myself. In Christmas spirit, just want to say. Thanks for being interesting and funny and thoughtful. Hope you keep yourself sane. For every jerk that complains, you have many views. Know that while many of them don't send positive messages, they are positive. It's easy to get lost in negativity in social media space. Stay safe my virtual friend.
Push regulators to slap Twitch with 18+. Advertisers will be unhappy. BTW. Twitch will be banned in many countries, where pornography production is illegal.
I mean, it's kinda odd to want the entire place nuked because of a ill intentioned supposedly small part of the entire site, no? I do also think it's kinda sad that there is no real competition, youtube streaming interaction is awful and kick is a garbage place being fueled by gambling money, also getting the place nuked just means these ill intentioned people will just push boundaries somewhere else that becomes popular.
@@OCovilDoMarcos not nuke. Just to make them play by the same rule as others. Twitch right now wants softcore porn and to keep "family friendly, safe space, inclusive" and all other buzzwords reputation. They shouldn't be able to sit on two stools at once.
I don't want Amouranth to have lied, though the longer time passes and the harder she pushes herself to do these things, the more I suspect that portion of the abuse was a lie or a crazy exaggeration.
It makes it worse when you find out that she also does adult content as well now. Not saying she can’t, but it looks bad on her especially after she sold the narrative that she was forced to do lewd content.
so Amouranth is doing "body paint" nude streams for everyone in the world out of her own will and choice and you cant see any issues? You should ask Twitch if you can get a job there, you seem like the perfect employee
Same for me dude, I felt bad for her when it all happened, but now I kinda feel like I want my sympathy back. I didn't have much of it to begin with, would've been better used else where at this rate. Her content, personality, and actions haven't really changed, suggesting that really everything was mostly in her hands. 😮💨
@@scyris99 social media is good in normal healthy amounts but when it start and replace your normal social interactions its a addiction. I own a dog and i see i dont know how many peoples who walk their dogs and bury themself in twitter, tiktok or facebook or any other social media. Have a close friend who cant talk in the phone anymore, i was asked how i communicate in 2023 by that person since i dont use facebook or twitter (sorry to be that guy but i dont solve personal issues over sms or social media)... and it was a personal issue we needed to solve. Its a ex good friend nowadays as you can understand.
@robertmonroe9837 Well, what's gonna happen is Amazon gets dragged through the mud and has to spend a bit of money lawyering up. Which is more than what would happen if people just accept their children being victims of these disgusting practices.
Remember guys, the 24/7 twerking and strip teasing streams are %100 fine in the Art category, just not art itself. How tf did they not come up with a blanket rule like 'no genitals' with artistic nudity (+ no AI art, based on rumours of avoiding lawsuits)
Trying to get rid of AI art as well is a dangerous slope since at the end of the day ( I think) they are still primarily a game streaming site. As Ai becomes a more popular tool to help developers ( moral and legal arguments aside lol) we may start seeing more use of Ai to develop artwork in games. I would argue your statement is mostly correct, but should be adjusted to state no exposed nudity with Ai art. Much like youtube Twitch isn't responsible for what the streamer shows, so any legal responsibility for the art would lie with the streamer. I would go further though and like Critikal states twitch should just make an 18+ section where said streamers can migrate. How the gate blocking should be enacted at that point should then be the concern and matter of debate. For *cough* research purposes I noticed Muta bought up free cams. That site ( at least in Texas going by their site) has started implementing that technology that was causing concern awhile back where to verify your identity they either want you to put in your ID info or use your camera to take a picture and approximate your age. I don't think the CC route is applicable especially if Twitch will accept prepaid cards also, but on the other hand the verify your age through intrusive means I also could see having quite some backlash.
at this point, I hope advertisers pull out like they did with youtube, so twitch can get their shit together. they are actively ruining the site and make the art category becoming a twerk and e-thot cesspool.
So glad you called out Amouranth. It really undermines her situation last year whether it was real or not. She doubled and tripled down on the lewd content.
My favorite thing about Boogie getting banned for nudity is the idiot did it right at the start of Christmas Break, the time when most people are off work/school and able to watch more. The same reason many content creators grind hard to fill December with videos and streams. Instead he decided he'd rather cut his income to 0 for a few days. Brilliant. One of my favorite Twitter posts I saw on it was something like "Twitch is playing Chess, Boogie's playing tic-tac-toe... and doesn't know the rules"
It's still mind boogling me why so many active streaming on twitch with how sh*tty they're rules are.....and don't forget twitch taking 50% of their revenue compared to youtube that only take 30%. I know youtube isn't perfect either but it's still way better than twitch
It is as you said, youtube at least requests a sign-in and blurs thumbnails of age restricted videos. Those 2 simple changes would at least alleviate most of the issues with twich right now and I can't believe Amazon can't just pay their programmers to code that in. (and I know it's easy to fake an account and lie about your age but it's at least something minimally better than doing nothing at all)
@robertmonroe9837The policy for nudity on youtube is pretty clear, if its educational or artistic (statues, paintings) then it is alowed with a viewer restriction.
I'm an incredibly lonely person. I made the mistake of marrying from a long distance relationship, and it ended poorly, which made me realize how important it is being with someone physically for a length of time before committing to a relationship like that. Even so, I could never give someone my money like that knowing they'll never give the slightest crap about me. It just feels wrong.
Well yea she was talking the whole time about being free from getting naked on stream and blablabla then now she is back as if nothing ever happened it was all a PR move atleast I am sure of it
Same thing like OnlyFans- OnlyFans used to be a site that was sort of like Patreon but customize/requests/commissions, then once sites like Tumblr stopped their 18+ content and OF was like 'oh hey we allow that' suddenly OF became known as a porn site
i miss the days where people like Vinesauce were the face of Twitch. He and other people like that still exist on the platform, but they are so overshadowed nowadays by the degeneracy that Twitch knowingly permits.
Also the funny thing about Amoranth, is that when on the Hub, releasing some tension and stress. She pops up in an ad. Advertising her cam stream or something. She changed not one bit.
"I hate to be the one whos like 'think of the children'". Nah man. Always be alright with thinking about kids first. Especially teenagers who are influenced by literally anything.
yea, she have been pushed nudity on twitch for years and twitch allow it, look at how many times she have been banned or got warnings.. no other streamer will ever get that many bans and warnings without having their entire family getting banned 10 generations into the future. Does she "help the mods out" on the side by doing personal favors irl? i would say so..
I miss when Twitch had some integrity and was a video game streaming website. They used to ban thots if they weren't actually streaming anything and I miss those days so much.
Then they realized how much money it brought it and the disgusting dudes at the top also saw an opportunity to abuse their power... so we got "just chatting", until they took that too far, then we got "pools & hot tubs", and they took that too far and we got "ASMR". This is just another tumble down the slippery slope. I also miss when Twitch was just a place to go watch video games and talk with others about them.
No problem at all with horny BUT I agree that it needs to be on Adult Sites only. I know, insane take. Also I truly believe that it's insanely difficult to stop kids from seeing fucked up stuff, they just keep finding a way around it.
I appreciate your take on this Muda, you don't know how much I wished about people to call out Amouranth on her BS, I dislike people faking or trying to take advantage of using SA for a couple views, subs, etc. I literally have been skeptical every since that situation and see her literally doing the same content since that day, I hope you make a full video on this. It sickens me down to the bone that she gets away with faking being SA.
@robertmonroe9837 Yes, which makes it even more foul, like look at people fake disabilities for clicks and views, this shouldn't be the case also, cause yeah we don't truly know if what happened happened, yk however, despite that she herself said she felt uncomfortable doing all that, yet in her own fruition she doesnt seem that uncomfortable which already shows the cracks, like breh :/..
I remember when people were called "misogynistic" for saying twich and its mods were simps and bias towards a specific gender. This also perfectly lines up with the destiny divorce news, seems like the "misogynistic" people were right.😅
C'mon fellas double standards are a global phenomenon here since time immemorial. Even good people can have double standards, and I wouldn't be surprised if you could observe it in nature somehow. To OP, they totally called anyone who questioned her situation early on "misogynists"! Lol I remember Muta telling Keem on the podcast that it was too soon for that. Maybe before the chaotic court of public opinion but people sniffed the BS a mile away
You can be a misogynist and be right though. Like if you listen to Muta he very clearly has no hate towards women he has a problem with how twitch is exposing minors to soft core porn. Which is something that we’ve all been against from the beginning. But the thing is that when you hear some people talk about it you can tell that they are not concerned for children really. They have a clear hatred towards women. Most people who use the term simp just do happen to also come across as weirdly hateful towards women. In fact a lot of the same people calling out the misogyny also were the same ones calling out the kick streamers for showing porn or gambling to their young followers. So it’s not like we ever support twitch in that. It’s just clear when you hear some people talk what their true motivations are. You can be hateful and still happen to be right. In fact the best trolls often use moral stances that are hard to argue against as a shield.
My Edit: Twitch needs Age Gating period. There are games/streamers/content creators that shouldn't be viewed outside freekie deekies who are into that sort of stuff. 3:13 - 3:45 If Mutah ever feels the need for a short or a response to stitch into a short those 32 seconds are prime real estate. Thank you Mutahar for your content, reporting, researching and how you try to educate others. Anyways.. Yeah the whole Twitch trying to allow nudity as art because an Only Fans model with a long history of pornographic content pushed the limits of Twitch TOS and herself and Twitch probably made a shit ton of money from that stream, it was sheer/see through/ stupid. Twitch tried to make a play saying "it is a form of art" and internet showed them what happens. Rule 34 bro. I hate to say it but there are few ways I can see Twitch becoming profitable without losing their biggest Partners .One way is to do like UFC did years ago with the UFC/Reebok deal. As in Twitch find's one big company to sponsor every Twitch Partner(it would be up to Twitch to negotiate the Partner split) and no longer allow sponsored streams by Partners and no longer allow Partner's to run sponsor spots that were not the companies that are paying monthly fee's for guaranteed sponsored by and Advert spots. The only way I see Partners taking a deal like that is if they could sill promote their own Companies and/or Products during their streams. Ala GamerSupps, Glitch, and many toy/figurine creators. For my Example TheRussianBadger could still promote his flavor of GammerSups with a unique url like gamerfart. ??? but not promote GammerSups as a whole company on stream anymore because Twitch was sponsered by say RedBull or Monster. That is just an example of the type of deal I'm talking about.
I agree with the safeguards being important, but as always. I feel the responsibility ultimately falls upon the parents/guardians of these children. I still would like it if certain platforms left things like p*** to sites dedicated to it. That's just how I feel, twitch sure does like to stir the pot though haha.
Some parents might be doing their due diligence since Twitch is officially 13+, like if you brought your kid to see a 13+ movie, you probably wouldn’t expect soft core porn to be included.
@@evilemuempire9550 You bring up a good point. I was talking about Muta's point of not being logged in and still being able to access these things. I am not aware of the protections put in place on parent-made accounts either, moreso just pinpointing how parents/guardians(supervisors or caretakers like teachers and babysitters I mean) are ultimately responsible for watching what these kids are looking up, or for giving them unrestriced access in the first place.
as a parent its Impossible to control everything once you have kids you will understand that its Impossible some responsibility have the Plattform and the kid itself aswell
How hard is it to make an 18+ section where you have to be verified to be in? And. Hide all NSFW streams from search results and front pages unless the specific options are ticked in the profile settings of a signed-in profile? Twitch deserves this fat L for all the BS they been trying to pull.
As a member of the fighting game comunity.... I'm sorry about Inzem's stream that is just insane xD, dude used to stream dragon ball fighterz stuff among others
I have 3 major complaints about the "twerk off" streams and how they should blatantly be against the TOS. First off, and most egregiously, the video they're streaming isn't even their own content. It's literally tiktok videos strung together of different women. Without even going into "this is 100% done for lewd purposes, not art", it is very literal theft and exploitation of OTHER creators' content. Second, because these videos are in phone aspect ratio, to fill the rest of the screen, they often put images on either side. Every single time I see one of these streams, said images are of women in string bikinis, which last I checked was 100% against TOS regardless. My third point is more of a complaint on the report system. Why do you have to click ONTO a damned stream to report it? I don't want these damned streams in my recommended, nor do I want their VODs in my "finish watching" section.
@@StygianIkazuchiconversely I think I didn't ever bothered about Twitch recommendations. "These people also streamed this content". Cool beans I follow the content creator not the content. "So how you discover new people?" I don't.
I agree that abuse is a very serious topic and it is something nobody should ever experience. If anybody is going through this now, please seek help, call the hotline or learn to defend yourself. Please stay safe.
Definitely. people underestimate the level of harassment and abuse these girls face from people like Twitch viewers. Its sad that prosecutors are getting tougher on cyber harassment but are still unwilling to go after those charges on adult websites. These viewers mainly seem like younger men struggling to date in real life and they then go on to vent their frustrations in chat but ultimately thats no excuse for illegal behavior. Its definitely time for prosecutors to grow up a bit and stop ignoring these topics because theyre taboo. Sex works gotten incredibly safe over the past 10 years so its the clearly next step in legislation to remove these abusive viewers.
But someone using abuse to forward their career and then slander the name (even if she never spread his name) of the person you're accusing makes you scum of the earth without any question
I love Muta for this reason. Absolutely no filter n no pandering to any company just brutal ass no bullshit commentary that we all love n enjoy. Keep figting the good fight Muta
what about the monetized butt hole video thats on youtube rn? got millions if views, and im pretty sure its not age restricted. why hasnt mUta covered that?
If you go to a Strip Club in the US, you need to show ID. I don't see why they shouldn't do it. If a public place requires it IRL, a website with a "Are you 18" button, should require it. Privacy should not be a concern, because an establishment has little to stop you or your vehicle being spotted on premises. It's not illegal if you are 18+ to visit.
yeah thats why i dont understand how is this any different, so if twitch would change the tos to: 18+ only instead of 13+ and would put a screen asking if you 18 before entering the site how would that be any better 😂 same with porn sites that "are you 18?" popup stops nobody
I'm sorry but I don't buy the Amouranth story. "Believe all women" has led me to not believe all women. Too many situations of manipulative and straight up psychopathic individuals who play the victim. I'm not buying it.
As a person who only recently started content creation on both youtube and twitch as a side hobby I have been trying to figure out which site is better for streaming, then twitch allowed multi streaming and I thought my problems were solved and I could stream on both, then this messed up situation happened and honestly I've cut all ties with twitch for now as I don't want my content to be associated with anything close to do with erm corn. knowing that mostof the people in my small community are underage I can't in good faith stream on a platform that is just a few small clicks away from soft core stuff that shouldn't be as easy to access as it is. Idk small insight from a new perspective you guys might find interesting
Gotta love the logic of Amouranth. "I was forced into showing off my body by my partner to make money! 😭😭😭" *Proceeds to wear a physical black bar and NOTHING else*
